As a person who's been to this location prior and has worked and been a trainer in the customer service field for 20 plus years, it is my pleasure to give a shout out to Nick and Al's Auto Salvage. Nick made my day and allowed my experience to be delightful. The smile on my face begun when I pulled into Al's Auto Salvage and Nick came out to my car and he made me feel like I was part of the Al's Auto Salvage family. Nick was warming, opening and welcoming. Nick then provided me with a step by step agenda of what was going to be done to both my cars. Nick then provided me with how long it would take to have my windshields replaced just in case I had other obligations. Nick also listened to my questions and feedback which showed me that he respects me, valued me and respected my time as a customer. Me and Nick had an open conversation while he was fixing my windshields.
