How often do auto repair shops get a five-star? I don't think it's very often, however these five…read morestars are well-deserved. We have gone to Plaza several times in the last few years and have always been happy. Tonight was our best experience yet. Both John and Johnny have always been super helpful and efficient. My Jeep needed help, so we dropped it off this morning and picked it up tonight. Hubby is pretty knowledgeable on auto issues and he felt their diagnosis was right on, and the price was very reasonable. So happy to have my ride back so quickly, thank you!!

When I dropped it off, all of my safety systems worked perfectly -- no ABS, traction control, or Stabilitrak warnings. After finishing the job, they had me pay in full and only after the transaction did they finally mention that all of my safety braking systems were now disabled. They never told me before payment, never explained what they damaged, and never attempted to fix it. My truck went in fully functional and came back with ABS and Stabilitrak failures caused during their service. To make things worse, the squealing noise I originally brought it in for is still there, meaning the problem I asked them to diagnose wasn't fixed at all. A shop should never return a vehicle with new safety failures -- and certainly shouldn't wait until after payment to tell the customer they broke something that makes the vehicle unsafe. Completely unacceptable experience.
