I went here on a Monday because the big sign outside said $21.95 oil change. I pulled in and was told....the $21.95 oil change was only for the "cheap/non-Pennzoil oil". Even though the store front is labeled "Pennzoil Oil Lube". I was offered hand written options on a white blank piece of paper with oil change options of $53, $80, and $100. It felt like I was being scammed by the 2 employees working there, and they were going to just pocket the $$. On top of that they asked me if I wanted to replace a perfectly good and clean air filter. I wouldn't recommend going here. I'm a 59 year old dude whose changed his own oil numerous times.... And I can only imagine how they'd try to take advantage of a young girl that's not auto-savvy. Stay away in my opinion. Especially if you can't get a good oil and filter change here for less than $53. There are a few other places right down Benbrook Blvd.

I was in a hurry and I should've walked around the truck to inspect the work. instead I hopped in and took off and went on about my business. I spent $25.00 on the WHEEL DEAL, and paid an extra $10 to have the rubber mats washed I can still write my name on the dash from the dust as you can tell it was not even touched. Walking around the truck the front grill and bumper as well as the back bumper have dirt all over it. You can see the brush marks from the car wash. The side rails are just as bad. I take three to four vehicles a month to this location, and have been for several years. I will not utilize JIFFY LUBE again until he is gone.
