The Manager, Robert, told me to go F*** myself. I am responsible for servicing my companies spare vehicles. The first time Robert assisted me, he wanted to perform service I had not requested and said he had to because it was a fleet vehicle. I did not let him do it. Last week I took a vehicle in for inspection, when he gave me the invoice, he had included filter changes and brake fluid flush. He would not take charges off and said I would have to bring it back for the service. So he basically charged my company for services not rendered. Then today a dispute over me retrieving my insurance card out of my vehicle. In the end he said, "Go F*** yourself!" He did this in front of Aaron, another employee. I take three to four vehicles a month to this location, and have been for several years. I will not utilize JIFFY LUBE again until he is gone. After getting an oil change, rather than going to NTB as usual because I needed a safety inspection, my car lost power and leaked all the oil from my engine. The dealership service department stated that the oil plug fell out due to the last oil change not installing it correctly. My car now requires a new engine. Jiffy Lube checked their video and stated that they would be covering the repair. However, their insurance denied the claim because I had driven the car 4,000 miles, rather than their "recommended" 3,000 miles. Apparently, an oil plug falls out if that "recommendation" is not met. I had my vehicle inspected at the Jiffy Lube at the Summer Creek Drive store #4038 in Fort Worth, Texas. They did not secure the air filter housing (top half) to the bottom. I'm really disappointed in this location. I'm a big fan of Jiffy Lube and have visited several different locations. This is the first time I've ever had any issues. I went in for an oil change which is supposed to come with a free vacuum for your car and they go over any parts that need to be replaced. I as confused when they didn't go over anything with me as I was checking out. When I got in my car I noticed my floors were still dirty and there was not a sticker. They scammed me. Gave me an oil change for $160, my car is a small Chevy spark and only needed 3.7 quarts. Went back and they said I had even got a $25 discount from that $160 and that was all the discounts they could give. An oil change should not cost that much. One of the workers lied about prices and they said they had to add some things so my total went up. My car is 2 years old, I shouldn't pay more than $70 for an oil change. read more

Hard to say for sure, but on a regularly dealer serviced vehicle it's unlikely all those things just so happened to go wrong at the same exact time as the oil change(their response to the problem). This Jiffy Lube took a very frustrating and terrible day and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I left work at 7 AM and put my key in the ignition and realized that my battery was dead. I got a jump and then desperately tried to find somewhere that would be open early on a Sunday to replace my battery. I stopped at an Advance AutoParts where I was berated and embarrassed by a worker and told that they did not replace batteries but could "check" to see if it was dead, even though the website clearly says they do battery replacement. The lady "checked" it, said it was dead, then promptly went back inside and left me with my dead car out in the deserted parking lot. I waited for 15 minutes until a nice man pulled up and gave me a jump. I put in a search and saw that the Jiffy Lube opened at 9 and drove around and waited until 8:59. I pulled up to this Jiffy Lube and a nice man jumped up and came right to my car. I told him my battery was dead and he immediately gave me the prices for their two battery replacement options and asked if I wanted to go ahead. I appreciated the upfront pricing and agreed to have it done. I pulled around and they took the car and ushered me into a break room with coffee, water, and wifi. I got an oil change for my F-150 today. These gentlemen were awesome! The service was incredible!!

I had an oil leak, so, I logically took it where the most recent oil change was done. They told me the harmonic balancer needed replaced. They did the repair, but my car never stopped leaking oil. It overheated on my way to work. I had them look at it again and was told it was more than they could do. Towed it to the dealership ($115 for AAA) and their tech says jiffy lube "misdiagnosed" the problem from the start. They were the last ones with hands on my car, but they're now trying to turn words and make it seem like they have no part in my car now needing a $2300 repair. The owner assured me he'd "take care of things", but I'm now getting calls from the manager saying the dealership told them something completely different. I didn't really want to resort to a poor review, but I'm just getting nowhere trying to be nice..I'm frustrated with the whole ordeal and have been without my car for 2 weeks. So, dropped $185 and was told they replaced everything I needed, did the oil and filter change + washed the glass and vacuumed the interior. To the last I replied that couldn't have been difficult as I just put the weathertech mats down (a gift from my three favorite blondes).
