Extremely Disappointing Experience I had an oil change done at this Jiffy Lube location in February 2026. About five months later, while driving on the freeway in the Texas heat with my toddler in the car, my check engine light came on. I immediately pulled over somewhere safe and had my car towed to a Honda dealership. Honda determined that my oil drain plug had fallen out, causing the engine to become starved of oil and resulting in engine damage. They immediately advised me to contact the facility that had performed my last oil change as this error is predominantly an installation error. I contacted Jiffy Lube, but after conducting their own investigation, they determined they were not responsible and instead pointed fingers at the Honda dealership for not catching the issue when I brought my car there in June for an A/C repair. That visit had absolutely nothing to do with an oil change or my oil drain plug, and I had no reason to have any concerns about my oil at that time. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I trusted Jiffy Lube to properly service my vehicle, and now it's not longer drivable. Rather than taking accountability or seriously addressing the possibility that the plug was not properly installed or secured, the responsibility was shifted to another business for an unrelated service. I have to pay over 10k in repairs for a 2018 car that's I've had for only 2 years that I drive minimally. This was not only an expensive situation, but a disheartening one. I expected better quality and accountability from Jiffy Lube, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. read more

The Manager, Robert, told me to go F*** myself. I am responsible for servicing my companies spare vehicles. The first time Robert assisted me, he wanted to perform service I had not requested and said he had to because it was a fleet vehicle. I did not let him do it. Last week I took a vehicle in for inspection, when he gave me the invoice, he had included filter changes and brake fluid flush. He would not take charges off and said I would have to bring it back for the service. So he basically charged my company for services not rendered. Then today a dispute over me retrieving my insurance card out of my vehicle. In the end he said, "Go F*** yourself!" He did this in front of Aaron, another employee. I take three to four vehicles a month to this location, and have been for several years. I will not utilize JIFFY LUBE again until he is gone. And I need a refund to my company for work he charged me for and did not complete. read more

Horrible horrible service. Takes forever to do one car. Never go here this place needs to be shutdown them boys don't know what the hell they are doing. Pathetic place, also messed up my girlfriend's jeep for good. If I could put negative stars I would, TAKE 5 MINUTES? NO TAKE 5 HOURS read more

I've been coming here for 10 years. The service and treatment are always 5 stars. Eddie the manager is very knowledgeable and informative employee. Just ask for Eddie and he'll fix you up and have you back on the road in no time. read more

These Guys Are Rockstars, Kind aad Professional. A++++ Great Service and a Wonderful Staff.

After getting an oil change, rather than going to NTB as usual because I needed a safety inspection, my car lost power and leaked all the oil from my engine. The dealership service department stated that the oil plug fell out due to the last oil change not installing it correctly. My car now requires a new engine. Jiffy Lube checked their video and stated that they would be covering the repair. However, their insurance denied the claim because I had driven the car 4,000 miles, rather than their "recommended" 3,000 miles. Apparently, an oil plug falls out if that "recommendation" is not met. Now, a $34.95 oil change will cost me $5,000.00 plus the cost of a rental car due to their negligence, that they basically admitted to. Video: https://tvidnow.com/IovXclD read more

I asked for just an oil change. They checked fluids. Broke the tube off my coolant reservoir. I have to drive an overheating car back to then tomorrow. If they'd just done what I asked and none of my car would be broken. I couldn't even make it home without my coolant ugh coming on. It needs a new reservoir because the way the tubing broke read more

I had my vehicle inspected at the Jiffy Lube at the Summer Creek Drive store #4038 in Fort Worth, Texas. They did not secure the air filter housing (top half) to the bottom. They just laid it on top so it sucked unfiltered air. I had to stop on the side of the road and secure it properly. Sloppy work sloppy service. I will never go to another Jiffy Lube. read more

Wife had oil changed here and they totally screwed it up. Not only did they put in too much oil...2 quarts too much...they installed the wrong oil filter, causing high pressure in the engine almost ruining it. DO NOT go here. read more

Wouldn't pass vehicle inspection because of split windshield wiper blade. Changed $25.99 for one wiper.Never again.

State Inspection-they will try to sell you something no matter what. In my case they said my wiper blades had a tear - each of them- which I doubt it as they were premium quality and replaced no long ago. If I didn't want to make the change with them, I still had to pay $25 for a "failed inspection ". Be aware... read more

I own a 2021 Cadillac XT6. 3 places told me they could not work on my car because they were scared if they took the plug out of the oil pan they would break it and I HAD to go to a dealership. They also said I had an oil leak. Came here, they advised they could do it! Was a matter of other places not used to working on Luxury Vehicles. No oil leak either, like I thought! Way to go guys! Thanks for your help! read more

Really liking the service here. They ran up as I pulled in and treated me like a customer should be treated. They took my car and hurried with a quick oil change and fluid top off. I like this jiffy lube and will keep doing business here. Check groupon for a $25 oil change. read more

I'm really disappointed in this location. I'm a big fan of Jiffy Lube and have visited several different locations. This is the first time I've ever had any issues. I went in for an oil change which is supposed to come with a free vacuum for your car and they go over any parts that need to be replaced. I as confused when they didn't go over anything with me as I was checking out. When I got in my car I noticed my floors were still dirty and there was not a sticker. Thankfully I was headed to Burleson and that location was nice enough to do the inspection for me and vacuum. read more

Great customer service! I had a vehicle inspection done. The workers were helpful, kind, and professional.

Wonderful customer service! They didn't have my air filter in stock and suggested I grab one from Auto Zone and they would take care of me. Jiffy Lube called over to Auto Zone for me to ensure it was in stock and I grabbed the correct one. Above and beyond! I will be a return customer for sure. Thanks again, Jiffy Lube! read more

They got me in and out in under 15 minutes for my oil change. I was impressed by the quality of work, attention to detail (cleaned the windows and vacuumed inside) and friendliness of the staff. I had a $12 off coupon, which brought my oil change down to around $30. For the convenience and quality, I would return in a heartbeat. I also love their top off policy. read more

They scammed me. Gave me an oil change for $160, my car is a small Chevy spark and only needed 3.7 quarts. Went back and they said I had even got a $25 discount from that $160 and that was all the discounts they could give. An oil change should not cost that much. One of the workers lied about prices and they said they had to add some things so my total went up. My car is 2 years old, I shouldn't pay more than $70 for an oil change. read more

Do not get your oiled changed here! The whole time they tried to convince me I needed synthetic oil, which is definitely not the case. Today I went to change my oil again because it was due, come to find out that these guys didn't even change the filter when they changed my oil. They decided since the filter is so hard to get to they just didn't change it. Absolutely unacceptable. They were rude, wanted my money and didn't care about how they treated my car. read more

Jiffy Lube - My oil is changed regularly and this is what I find when I used jiffy lube, didn't even change the filter. - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Awful. Went in for an oil change only, came out with a check engine light, stabilitrac light, brake assist light. Hard to say for sure, but on a regularly dealer serviced vehicle it's unlikely all those things just so happened to go wrong at the same exact time as the oil change(their response to the problem). Also, services in the signature oil change were not performed even though they were checked as done on the invoice. Bottom line: Don't go here if you value your vehicle. read more

These gents were super nice and my car was in and out in about 25 mins. Ryan was very kind and helped me find a discount that really helped. Thanks! read more

Always reluctant to get my oil change because going to an oil change place is always annoying, not here though. No wait and they got to work immediately, no hard sells which was my favorite part just an oil change nothing else. In addition they cleaned all my windows which was a nice touch. For a no frills oil change this is my new spot in fort worth. read more

These guys perform in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner consistently. I find them to be very informational and honest about any up-sell items (bulbs, wipers, air filters, etc.) unlike many of the other oil change facilities around. This Jiffy Lube took a very frustrating and terrible day and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I left work at 7 AM and put my key in the ignition and realized that my battery was dead. I got a jump and then desperately tried to find somewhere that would be open early on a Sunday to replace my battery. I stopped at an Advance AutoParts where I was berated and embarrassed by a worker and told that they did not replace batteries but could "check" to see if it was dead, even though the website clearly says they do battery replacement. The lady "checked" it, said it was dead, then promptly went back inside and left me with my dead car out in the deserted parking lot. I waited for 15 minutes until a nice man pulled up and gave me a jump. I put in a search and saw that the Jiffy Lube opened at 9 and drove around and waited until 8:59. I pulled up to this Jiffy Lube and a nice man jumped up and came right to my car. I told him my battery was dead and he immediately gave me the prices for their two battery replacement options and asked if I wanted to go ahead. I appreciated the upfront pricing and agreed to have it done. I pulled around and they took the car and ushered me into a break room with coffee, water, and wifi. It took less than 10 minutes and I was out of there and able to go home and sleep. I appreciate them so much. Everyone was so kind and courteous and they saved my butt. read more

I got an oil change for my F-150 today. These gentlemen were awesome! The service was incredible!!

I had an oil leak, so, I logically took it where the most recent oil change was done. They told me the harmonic balancer needed replaced. They did the repair, but my car never stopped leaking oil. It overheated on my way to work. I had them look at it again and was told it was more than they could do. Towed it to the dealership ($115 for AAA) and their tech says jiffy lube "misdiagnosed" the problem from the start. They were the last ones with hands on my car, but they're now trying to turn words and make it seem like they have no part in my car now needing a $2300 repair. The owner assured me he'd "take care of things", but I'm now getting calls from the manager saying the dealership told them something completely different. I didn't really want to resort to a poor review, but I'm just getting nowhere trying to be nice..I'm frustrated with the whole ordeal and have been without my car for 2 weeks. I feel like since they WERE the last ones to touch my car before it basically BLEW UP, they should at least OFFER to help. read more

So, dropped $185 and was told they replaced everything I needed, did the oil and filter change + washed the glass and vacuumed the interior. To the last I replied that couldn't have been difficult as I just put the weathertech mats down (a gift from my three favorite blondes). Imagine my surprise when the man opens my door for me and there is crumpled up paper right on the driver's side mat. Almost right were it was when I got out. And more paper on the floor of the backseat. What? I just get in and drive away, figured if I can't trust them why give them the opportunity to not do anything else and charge me for it. Were those even my filters they showed me? The ones I oId them to replace? Did they even change my oil filter? I took my toy someplace else and paid to have all that checked. Whew. read more

This used to be my go to place to get a oil change but after today I will not be going back waited for over an hour had 2 cars get serviced that had arrived after me when I confronted them about it I got a apology but they did nothing about it and went on to work on the 2 cars anyway so I left without getting an oil change read more

Just now getting around to writing this for my uncle. He took his car in about a month and a half ago and is still singing their praises. He said the manager was very professional and reminded him how it was back when he was a kid when everyone went above and beyond in their job to take care of the customers. Great job Jiffy Lube because it's tough to impress my uncle but when you do you have a customer and friend for life. read more

No so good Visit went in for a state inspection and they told me that my wipers needed to be replaced but they were brand new. Really that is not right they were trying to steal from me. i asked him to show me and he said that they are marginal and i asked him directly will they pass as the condition they are in know that i just bought them and he said yes. I will only use them for state inspection i can only imagine what they do when it comes to oil changes completely unprofessional read more
