Now first off, may I say that, they already impressed me with the fact that they remember our resa was for a bday (there was a question about whether or not there is a reason or celebration when you boom online) Why am I impressed? Because not all restaurants actually pay attention to such details even though they ask the same things on their booking. Without a doubt, the food and drinks were amazing. The service was top notch! Yuri, Harry and the staff were just perfect. I dont need to say much more other than a big thanks for such a nice experience. I'm definitely coming back!

There is a male host/front-of-house staff member who is extremely rude and does not know how to speak to customers. He was impolite from the start, and the situation got worse as the night went on. Meanwhile, we watched people who arrived after us getting their food. When we asked why we had no sushi, we were simply told, "Sorry, we lost your order, please order again." When our food finally arrived, the same rude host brought it to our table. He literally threw the plates down and walked away without saying a word. To top it off, they automatically added a tip to the bill, which felt aggressive considering how poorly we were treated. They did not deserve that tip. I do want to express out Rebecca, our waitress, need retraining, ande the male host completely ruined the experience. He is the reason I will never recommend this restaurant. You need to do better.
