The food is pretty much on par with other ayce sushi places, though their presentation can be a bit nicer. I particularly like their eggplant sushi pizza, which is essentially a tempura eggplant with avocado and spicy salmon on top , with a flourish of microgreens for glamour. They have a few things that other places don't, such a hot and sour soup. Service is pretty good and the speed at which dishes come is pretty rapid. The ordering is now done all online, with your phone after scanning a QR code. The dining room is also quite spacious and they can accommodate small children if needed, and parking is ample. Overall a good experience but I think I'll stick to the places that do sashimi for lunch for a similar price.

Everything we tried on the menu was just perfect, tasted amazing and there is a lot of choices. Drinks aren't included, you pay for those extra. The other on the same floor as the bbq and is all you can eat sushi. We didn't try this one but while at the bbq, my girlfriend did order sushi (included in the bbq) and she really liked them. The difference is in the all you can eat sushi, there is more option then in the bbq. Food is serve on a convoyer belt delivered directly to you. Sometime, it come off a train on top of the conveyer belt, other stuff come from a big cat robot and some are waiter delivered. On the third floor is the newly opened Izakaya. I didn't see the menu but from what I understood, you can also get the same sushi plus many more offering. This floor is like a bar so 18+ only. The second floor is busy specially on week-end. You might be lucky to snatch a place without reservation but it took me all summer to get one without reservation. Reservation are available on the website and very easy to do and highly recommended. The izakaya is first come first serve. The price is normal for a bbq place. The ambiance is a mix of anime,. 3d CGI and such projected to walls. It's very nice. I'll come back for sure.

Their rolls aren't as jacked up with rice as it used to be which is a plus considering all AYCE sushi restaurants overload their rolls with carbs to get you full They have the BEST BAKED MUSCLES, I can have 20 of them in one sitting. The salmon belly has gotten better than I remember, comes with this tangy soy sauce and lime. The Omakase 5 included two appetizers, a main course, 10 pieces of sushi, and a dessert--a generous and fulfilling selection that left us full and content. A standout dish was the fish consommé, a clear, delicate broth cooked over six hours and served piping hot. The chef guided us to dip each sushi piece halfway into the broth, balancing between warmth and the sushi's coolness. The heavily vinegared rice, when paired with the rich consommé, created a beautiful contrast of flavors, temperature and textures. The sushi course was equally remarkable, presenting ten pieces, each with a small mound of rice topped by a thick, fresh slice of fish. Two King salmon pieces--one marinated for eight hours and the other served raw--showcased the nuanced ways salmon can be enjoyed. The selection of tuna varieties (big-eyed, yellowfin, bluefin, and fatty tuna) provided a spectrum of flavors, each distinct and satisfying.
