Tandoori chicken and garlic and cheese naan
Sima R.

Very tasty North Indian and South Indian food. We always get the tandoori chicken and love it. I've also had the lamb chops, masala dosa, goat curry, cheese and garlic naan, and chicken tikka masala, and ALL of those dishes were great the staff is very hospitable too! The ambiance lighting could improve but overall it's a good dining area for patrons.

Butter Curry Chicken

My daughter and her friends spotted this place on google maps-we love Indian cuisine. This is a photo of how the Butter Curry Chicken was served which is cool, it came with a side of rice. My only feed back is for such a small portion, maybe 7-9 piece of chicken, and no other sides at the tone of $19.90, the quality for this price is not there. I'm happy to pay a premium price for exceptional food. This wasn't it. It's over priced. The samosa were excellent. Another dish ordered was: Lamb Tikka Masala - the lamb was tough. The service at the time we were there was relaxed.

Been a while since we visited but look at the pictures. The food was great. Portions large. (Lunch the next day too) and the service quick and friendly. Authentic flavors here. Give them a try.

Our server was very kind and friendly. We ordered a few appetizers, two meals and some Masala Fries for the kids. The appetizers were all very good and we ordered more roti. The meals were considerably small but did come with a ton of rice. I wasn't a fan of the coconut vindaloo. While the flavor was good, I could tell that the vegetables were the bagged dozen veggies. The masala fries never came for the kids but they enjoyed the rice and roti. When we mentioned it to our server he put had the kitchen make it and didn't charge us; good thing because they were not good. Frozen as well and very lightly dusted with masala spice. Overall, dinner was good but it could have been better. I would love to stop by for the lunch buffet to try some other options. I was debating on the Dal Saag, which in retrospect, I probably would have enjoyed a lot more. I love Indian food for all the vegan options but some of the dishes are saturated with oil and offer little protein for nutritional value. The flavor is almost always spot on so I would definitely recommend for that. This is a cute little quiet spot, just needs a little improvements.

I recently went here with my beloved and my family. They offer up veg and non-veg cuisine from India. I spent over three years in India over eight Winters and nine trips. I was delighted to see that the menu featured different cuisine from various parts of India including Gujarat, Punjab, Delhi, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Bangladesh, and Maharashtra. The staff here is diverse and from various parts of India along with neighboring parts of SE Asia near India. Me and my beloved ordered family style since we are both vegan. There are clearly marked vegan items on the menu. We went with coconut rice, roasted papadum, aloo gobi masala, & chana masala. Everything was quite alright. Nice friendly service. Enjoyed the ambiance. My family enjoyed their meal. We would return.

Nice Indian restaurant at the mall! We've been to the lunch buffet three times over the last few months. It has a very nice selection of about 8 main dishes, with at least four chicken options of various sauces as well as the ever present tandori chicken! I apologize for not being able to pronounce nor spell the selections other than the butter chicken, tandoori and kheer rice putting dessert which is included in the buffet, but I enjoyed every one of them! The bread on the buffet was a fried dough as opposed to naan, but it too was ludicrously soft and wonderful. We also had masala chai tea, with its wonderful aromas of cardamon and other spices. Attached is a notice on each table identifying the multitude of diversity of their staff and the dozen styles of cooking available for the customers. For this plain white bread customer, it was a nice mini education on the truly diverse flavors out there. Just as almost every state in the southeastern US may have its own definition of the word barbecue sauce, it absolutely makes sense for a southeast Asian subcontinent to have flavors in every region. (I hope that statement does not offend anybody. I mean it as a compliment to the restaurant in offering the dozens of styles available to them beyond the menu and a little self-deprecating humor pointing out my ignorance).

Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, white rice

2nd time and and also my 2nd review. HOLY butter chicken, this meal is so good and ran me about $24 but easily able to take home left overs. It's unfortunate I was the only one in there eating and people choose to go to moes next door is crazy to me!! Although I like a quiet restaurant this place definitely needs more business on a Friday night. Also left a 38% tip. Thanks again I hope this helps someone.

Taste: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Came here with a large group and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a very affordable lunch buffet. Buffet food was delicious but they also had a full menu with interesting items that we had to try. They aren't kidding about being modern Indian cuisine, Taj has multiple items on the menu that you wouldn't expect but somehow works perfectly (e.g. pizza, tacos, fries), along with more traditional Indian dishes. Staff were friendly and kept the buffet filled with fresh tastiness.

Masala Dosa

They cannot even make a dosa. Served with mixed veg pickle. When asked, they gave me a rude answer saying this is how they make Dosa

I went to the lunch buffet on a Tuesday at 1:30pm because it seemed like a good deal at $12.99/pp. I was excited to try more than my standard chicken tikki masala order, and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately most of the rice and the big chicken pieces were almost cold. Perhaps Tuesday is not a big day and they don't want to be wasteful, but it wasn't a top notch experience. I also didn't like the sauce on the chicken tikki, as it was overly sweet. Perhaps ordering full price menu items you'd get a better experience but for the lunch buffet it's just okay, and the price is fairly low that I might try again.

It's there a lunch buffet?

Unfortunately, they had discontinued the buffet the last time I visited. I did speak with the owner, and he said they were considering trying it again. Really nice people impeccably clean restaurant in just love eating there.

My son gobbled it up. 4 stars - Atmosphere: big room with lots of photos of visitors on walls (featuring many astronauts), dim sum baskets on the back wall, and red lanterns hanging from the ceiling. - Service: very nice waiter from China and saw Tely eating at a back table towards closing time Midlights: - Sizzling steak: steak was tender but an odd texture and the sauce was very salty. 3 stars - Fried rice: bit plain and pork wasn't the cha sui pork I was expecting. 3 stars - Lemon chicken: chicken breast pieces were large thin slices but didn't have much flavor in the sauce. 3 stars Lowlights - Black bean sauce fish: I've always had this with a white fish and believe this was salmon which I don't care for. 2.5 stars - Very popular so need to make reservations way ahead of time. Party of Five and not the TV show…read more Wanted to try this place again and it was mixed results. The soups and salads were great....hot when they should be and cold and crispy when they should be. My entree was so shocking I forgot to take a picture....I got Dragon and Phoenix (shrimp and scallops)... the four shrimp were not large and all dried out while the U10 (called out on menu) scallops were the size of a quarter at most. It was cold....mine was the low light. The pupu platter was enjoyed by who ordered it and the Crispy Prawn with Honey Glazed walnuts was a hit with the birthday girl. Merry me prawns were coconutty and hot too. THe seaseme chicken was hot and actually very good value. Protip do not order water....it tasted like a hose...very bad. Lemon could not help it. Sweet tea was a hit with my very southern mom.

This isn't usually the case since kids meals typically go uncared for. The two adult meals we had were both great and veggies again were really good. Service: the waiter was super great. He took care of us so well and was really great with the kids. They have a robot food cart that brings the food to the table. The kids absolutely loved it. The waiter even brought the "kitty cart" out three times so our kids could each press the buttons and make it talk. Ambiance: it was quiet and cozy. We loved the aquariums too. We even met the owners who sat at the front door. They were super kind and really seemed to care about our experience as a family. We will be back for sure.

Great food and quick service!…read more Having ordered an assortment of things across many visits, I can recommend: - Spicy wontons - a MUST. Dumpling lovers unite!…read more We finally have a spot in our charming Brevard county that offers amazing Chinese street foods galore! A quaint and minimally decorated spot, nestled into a un observing strip, this gem could easily be missed. After seeing their menu online, we threw on our clothes and drove as fast as we could have a feast ! And what a feast it was !!! Our server was very attentive and helpful with making multiple decisions and the bubble teas were fresh and sweet and delicious . (Looking forward to when they have all the flavors available) We started with a bowl of warm and hardy curry soup with delicate glass noodles and flavorful broth. We then shared an order of the Chashu pork bowl with marinated egg. It wasn't as crispy as I'm used to...even a little gelatinous, but boy did it have the most amazing flavor. As a texture person, it didn't slow me down one bit. We also got some crispy fried wings that were perfectly cooked and juicy inside, and crunchy fried scallion pancakes (one of our favorite street foods) Then came the soup dumplings. The best I've actually had anywhere. Delicious broth with deep flavor, wrapped in a steamed wonton with tons of seafood meat inside. The pork and chive dumplings were crispy and soft all at the same time, bursting with juice and flavor. With such a large order, we had food to eat for days, but still have so many things left to try and cannot wait until our next visit!
