Food is fresh and delicious. Good spot to grab some shrimp egg rolls, steamed dumplings, or lo mein.

Great place for Chinese takeout. Take cash and save a few bucks on the credit card fee. The food is on point and cooked fresh. They are generous portions for the price, which is nice. read more

I have eaten here for years and I Love it! Always consistent in flavor. Best lo mein I have tried locally. I love the Szechuan chicken, General tso chicken and orange chicken. And the staff are always so friendly and welcoming! read more

It's the best Chinese in central Brevard. I drive over from Cocoa Beach when I'm in the mood for egg foo young. Delicious!

We got food delivered from this place and it was excellent. I mean shock your mouth excellent. We were surprised because we were expecting run of the mill take out. read more

I tried this place a few times and every time I'm disappointed. The fried rice was hard and not cooked long enough, but besides that it's not true fried rice. The chicken wings were small. I don't think I'll be back. read more

The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The portions are generous, and everything came out hot and well-seasoned. The staff was friendly and attentive. read more

zero stars. This is not vegetable lo mein. One snow pea. Just noodles and all onion. maybe a few mushrooms. The owner offered me $3.00 discount next time. Horrible business. Look at your food furat if you go here. read more

Joy Luck - This is Vegetable Lo Mein. One snow pea. You have to be kidding me. So mad. The owner offered me a $3.00 discount?! Horrible business. - Chinese Near Me - Merritt Island, Florida

The tofu was not cooked. It's like it was cut up and put in the marinade, raw. I had to toss my entire order as it was not edible

After ordering through the website I found out when I got it there was no Krab Rangoon. That was upsetting. And we ordered two entrees that we paid $25 for. And porn fried rice. So I remember seeing a 2 in front of the crab Rangoon so I corrected it and made it 1. So don't you usually get white rice with your entrees? So 3 items were $25 and no crab rangoons. So as you can tell when we called to see where the mistake happened and it was the website error. Anyhow so my husband goes to eat his fried dumplings and we opened them up and they look like some kind of goat poop or something and smelled like dirty feet. I'll try to post a picture below read more

Holy Salt Batman! Could not eat it, way too much salt in every dish... Sorry I will not be eating this again read more

Went to Joy Luck today for Chinese takeout. I was horrified how bad it was. I could probably make better Chinese food myself and I don't even know how to cook, lol. Sorry, I usually try something, anything, to say that was good about my experience there, but I have nothing. read more

For years, this has been our favorite Chinese take away. Such a lovely family and fresh, good food. My parents used to drive from indialantic for Chinese food. Definitely our favorite hot sour soup, dumplings, fried rice, spicy chicken lo mein. We often enjoy orange beef. Plenty of meat in the entrees. read more

Lots of food and very tasty. We had the Joy luck appetizer #15 Joy luck platter (a good selection but the the ribs were a little on the tough side) #27 - chicken fried rice (more yellow rice with chicken fried rice) H1- General Tso chicken (super good, not spicy, really sweet) #48 - sweet and sour chicken (like funnel cake dipped chicken and a very literal tub of sweet / sour sauce) H18- Triple Delight w. Garlic Sauce (very tasty) H16 Subgum Wonton (super good, the wontons are a little over cooked but overall this dish is great) It fed a family of four for days. We will be going back read more

Yummy food and very fast service, the food is always on point and they always have cheap prices

I was craving Chinese food and I found what I was exactly looking for. They put so many meat and veggies in the combination lo mein and it wasn't too salty or bland at all. They also have a wide variety of options to pick from on the menu so it may take a while to see what they have, I would definitely venture out and try something new on their menu if you haven't already done so! read more

Good good, fast service moderately priced. Convenient location in Public's Shopping plaza off 520 and Courtney.

Joy Luck has been our favorite take out since we lived in Merritt Island fourteen years ago, and we still pick up from Cocoa Beach. It's the only Chinese takeaway in the area that we like. We love chicken li menu and order it spicy. Orange beef is also a favorite. Even though we don't get there as often as we used to, the owners recognize and appreciate their customers. My parents used yo drive up from Indialantic just for Joy Luck! read more

We were really in the mood for Chinese. I love general tso but I was not a big fan of theirs. It's spicy. It doesn't have the same taste that I am used too. However. Their bourbon chicken was really good! I would recommend that one. Along with the crab Rangoon. read more

This little takeout Chinese restaurant may seem small and unimpressive, however I was very pleased with my first visit there. I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce and found it to be very tasty and very well made. This is one dish that I often will order when I visit the new Chinese restaurant as their ability to make this well often signals the quality of their other offerings. The food was prepared and a timely manner, and although we took it home to eat, it was still piping hot when we served it up. The portions are very much in keeping with traditional Chinese takeaway. You get your money's worth at this restaurant both in terms of portions and product quality. I would certainly recommend this little hole in the wall place, as often times is the case such places are a very nice find. read more

Fast and friendly service with lots of menu options. Good pricing on menu and they will customize most menu options. Can't go wrong with their gyoza and fried rice. read more

We've been getting Joy Luck take out for awhile now. We found it after our very favorite restaurant closed. When China Gardens closed, we didn't get Chinese anymore. Then, a friend suggested Joy Luck and we were pleasantly surprised, even though they didn't deliver. The egg drop soup and the hot and sour soup were both excellent. I loved the shrimp lo mein and the beef and broccoli was excellent. Recently, however, the food has lost its appeal. The lo mein was mushy, the shrimp were slimy and the beef was tough. We gave it another try, anyone can have a bad day. The sesame chicken was blah and the large shrimp with snow peas were slimy again. So, we're finished with them. Have no idea where our next Chinese will be. read more

I ordered the Dumplings & Kung Pao Chicken. The other 2 in our group got the Beef Fried Rice and Bourbon Chicken. Everything was tasty and plentiful. I'll definitely be coming here for my Chinese when I'm in Merritt Island! read more

I have eight here many times for although it's not very good Chinese food it's better than most as available in this area which is all pretty much the same and I'll pretty much pretty dismal which is unfortunate because there's such a high demand for it in this area. One thing that particular irritates me is they give you a big surcharge if you use a credit card and if you want to change white racist fried rice it's an extra $4.50 which seems ridiculous so some of the pricing says are very high but if you're desperate for some kind of Chinese food like I say you don't have a lot of choice it's almost as good just going and buying stuff in a box at Walmart and making it yourself read more

My family's go to chinese restaurant. The quality is always very consistent and good. Always greeted by kind workers who know our family. I recommend the chicken and brocoli, its the best version I have ever tasted read more

Fake Americanized Chinese food. Way too much corn starch in the egg drop soup it pours like jello.

Unhappy about this place. I ordered shrimp with broccoli and find a parasitic worm on my shrimp. Never coming back

Super friendly staff and great tasting food. There are a couple of tables where you can dine in, but their primary business caters to take out. If they had a larger dining area, I think that they would attract more customers. Overall, great experience. read more

Good cashew chicken and crab Rangoon. It must be an east coast thing with chicken broth in pork wonton soup, though? Still trying to get used to it. Five stars if they didn't pass their credit card processing fee on to their customers, though. Remember to bring cash for the "discount". read more

First time eating here and it was great except for a couple of thing: Pro: First of all you can order straight from their website without any problems Con: I couldn't tell how long it would take to be ready. The best Chinese take out food I have ever had... and I am 52. Spring rolls are fresh and light. Sweet and sour is the best I have ever had. Fried rice was good. Joy Luck - General Tso combo - Chinese Near Me - Merritt Island, Florida

What a disappointment. Cold night in Florida, craving chicken chow mein and the hubby decided on sweet and sour chicken. So we placed our order online at Joy Luck. The website ordering is pretty easy but apparently should have photos and descriptions attached to each of their dishes since they prepare some of them the Joy Luck way, not in the traditional way of most Chinese food restaurants. Chow Mein fans: BEWARE! According to Joy Luck, Chow Mein does NOT have noodles. Not any whatsoever. Only Lo Mein has noodles. So when I was shocked to find my container full of a disturbing soupy concoction with a few pieces of chicken, the equivalent of an entire small onion and a whole lot of celery, I called the store and asked, just in case they had accidentally placed someone else's order in our takeout order. She informed me that I apparently don't have a clue what Chow Mein is - that if I had wanted noodles I should have known to order Lo Mein or Chow Mein Fun. Interesting that every google picture of Chow Mein has noodles, and even the oxford dictionary describes it as having noodles. But if you want noodles in your Chow Mein you won't have any luck (or joy) eating at Joy Luck. And don't expect them to care or make it right. Which is a shame... we are new owners of a hotel in town and have been visiting the local restaurants to offer recommendations to our guests. This place definitely won't make the list. read more
