They have wonderful understanding on popular models such as Toyota Prius and Yaris, and quite frankly I don't think I have seen anyone else sell a Prius at a better price with lower mileage than this place. You get great quality at a great price. Sure the place isn't as fancy or nice as an auto dealership, but you won't be paying the crazy prices the dealers make you pay. Great people, great cars, this should be an easy choice. I hope that when we replace our SUV, we will be able to buy one from them because ONG is about the only place I want to buy a vehicle... One thing to keep in mind is that many of their cars are prior salvaged and then fixed up, so its understandable to be a bit nervous to purchase from them. I was a bit nervous too at first, but after getting to know the owner more all those worries dissipated. They really stand behind their work and take pride in what they do (which is a rare find these days) and will fix anything that comes up with their cars. Two previous diagnosis/repair attempts by OTHER Jeep dealers had failed, and we needed to get to the bottom of this issue before our summer vacation. We tow our Jeep behind our motorhome and use it for off-road adventures. Failure is not an option when you are off-road and 10 miles from the nearest cell service! Tim Brewer and his top-notch ASME-certified mechanics understood the assignment and they came through like champs! The problem was quickly and accurately diagnosed (blown head gasket, radiator leak, rear axle seal, rear brake calipers) , The parts were replaced, and we were back on the road again in less than a week!
