When I called the next morning to make a deposit on the vehicle, Isaac said there was an error given on the quote and now provided a price approx $5000 higher than original quote received in writing. Refused to honor previous price quote from the day prior and stated it was from an error in a computer generated software price. However the salesman and manager had looked at it and provided the price to us. Very disappointed in the customer service and refusal to honor previous price given the day before.

This review is for the sales department, specifically Tom Betzen…read more Our first introduction to Tom Kadlec Honda was showing up 10 minutes after they closed on Memorial Day weekend; we didn't know they closed at 5pm :-/. Tom was kind enough to walk up to us right away, introduce himself and asked if he could help. He then showed us an example of the car we were interested in on the showroom floor for the next 30 minutes. He didn't rush us through all the details because we showed up late. He offered us his card to call and schedule a test drive at a convenient day and time for us. A few days went by and I contacted him, amazing! Most of the time the car salesmen would have called me several times by then. We scheduled a good day and time to meet up and he was waiting for us upon arrival ready to give us a test drive. He was very thorough and explained everything! He pointed out little things that I wouldn't have even of thought to ask and I appreciated him taking the time to do it! Unfortunately on the day of the test drive we weren't ready to buy and needed to wait at least a week. Tom just asked to keep him updated and let him know when we would like to purchase the vehicle. He never bothered me during that week's time until I reached out to him to give him more updates. I really appreciated him trusting us that we were interested but had a timeline that we felt comfortable with. He really respected our wishes and wanted us to be happy and comfortable at all times! When we decided to purchase the vehicle I really wanted a specific color but they didn't have it in stock. Tom told me not to worry about it, that they would make sure I got the color I wanted in a couple days time. Sure enough, they were able to have the car delivered in 2 days! One thing I ALWAYS appreciate is presentation, and from start to finish Tom made every effort to present Tom Kadlec Honda in the best light. When I went to pick up my car he had it washed on the outside and cleaned in the inside. After we bought the car he spent an hour walking us through all the features, setting my phone up with Bluetooth and apple car play. He answered ALL questions and never once rushed us out even though I think we were the last people in the building. Amazing customer service, above and beyond! I'm very happy with my purchase and love my new car! I would highly recommend Tom Betzen to all family and friends and plan to come to him again for future car purchases! He's not a typical car salesman; he genuinely wants to make your buying experience a pleasurable one were the buyer is well informed on all features, parts, and the vehicle itself.

I change these myself and mark the date on the filters, so I was surprised when I got home and they hadn't changed them at all. They were still the old filters. Very dishonest, and this wasn't the first time they had made a mistake like this. Stay away!
