Tom was kind enough to walk up to us right away, introduce himself and asked if he could help. He then showed us an example of the car we were interested in on the showroom floor for the next 30 minutes. He didn't rush us through all the details because we showed up late. He offered us his card to call and schedule a test drive at a convenient day and time for us. A few days went by and I contacted him, amazing! Most of the time the car salesmen would have called me several times by then. We scheduled a good day and time to meet up and he was waiting for us upon arrival ready to give us a test drive. He was very thorough and explained everything! He pointed out little things that I wouldn't have even of thought to ask and I appreciated him taking the time to do it! Unfortunately on the day of the test drive we weren't ready to buy and needed to wait at least a week. Tom just asked to keep him updated and let him know when we would like to purchase the vehicle. He never bothered me during that week's time until I reached out to him to give him more updates. I really appreciated him trusting us that we were interested but had a timeline that we felt comfortable with. He really respected our wishes and wanted us to be happy and comfortable at all times! When we decided to purchase the vehicle I really wanted a specific color but they didn't have it in stock. Tom told me not to worry about it, that they would make sure I got the color I wanted in a couple days time. Sure enough, they were able to have the car delivered in 2 days! One thing I ALWAYS appreciate is presentation, and from start to finish Tom made every effort to present Tom Kadlec Honda in the best light. When I went to pick up my car he had it washed on the outside and cleaned in the inside. After we bought the car he spent an hour walking us through all the features, setting my phone up with Bluetooth and apple car play. He answered ALL questions and never once rushed us out even though I think we were the last people in the building. Amazing customer service, above and beyond! I'm very happy with my purchase and love my new car! I would highly recommend Tom Betzen to all family and friends and plan to come to him again for future car purchases! He's not a typical car salesman; he genuinely wants to make your buying experience a pleasurable one were the buyer is well informed on all features, parts, and the vehicle itself.

The first time, they showed us a lease offer with an EV credit and a high residual value. Once we went in, they told us there was no EV credit and lowered the residual value of the car below what they originally showed us. The second time, they gave us an offer that included an employer rebate and their "lowest" possible APR with BMW Financial. We were pressured to sign an agreement before confirming that the rebate existed. We walked out on the offer and found out that the rebate did not exist, and there was a much lower APR offered by BMW that we qualified for. The fact this happened twice on separate occasions makes us wary of doing business with any Luther owned dealerships, like Park Place. We would advise against buying from them if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Didn't bring the title...said they couldn't release the title because of their warranty. I asked for a second set of keys. Salesman said if he couldn't "find" them that he would have a set made. Because of the age of the truck, they would be "pretty cheap" to make Dodged me for two months. Kept saying he was working with the previous owner. Called and left a message for the GM to get this resolved after 2 months of nothing and never got a call back after a week. Left a google review and the dealership responded that someone would be in touch to resolve and wouldn't you know it's been about another week with no response. To top all of this off....the truck has been sitting at another much more responsive dealership pending a $15,000.00 repair due to an oil leak that appears to have been masked by topping off the oil. Shady, dishonest dealership that cares about the sale more than repeat business. Might be because I live over an hour away, but I do have family there and I will make that drive every day for a good dealership. I will keep leaving this review every chance I get until I get this resolved and with keys in hand. Best case scenario they will contact Hudson Ford who has the truck and have them get a new key and the two dealerships can work out the cost between them. I wish I could rate this a zero.

Every interaction we've had with an employee from Rochester Toyota has been wonderful. We walk away impressed each time. From purchasing the vehicle from Troy (great salesman!) to each time I've taken the car in for routine maintenance (having put ~40,000 miles on it in the past year - this has been quite often!), I have nothing but positive things to say. Their customer service is exceptional. My husband and I have repeatedly discussed how we received an extremely fair trade in for our car when purchasing the new vehicle. The process was transparent and easy. I did not feel cheated or scammed in any way, as some may with other dealerships. Troy has followed up with us multiple times to check on how things are going with our Toyota, which is appreciated and infrequent enough that it's not annoying. When I had some minor damage to my car after an unfortunate run in with a rock (to my windshield), Toyota went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
