Even when they called me to say I needed new brakes they failed to mention it was going to take more than twice the time they originally said. Why? Because they want your money and know that telling you the truth might cost them. The worst is when I complained. They said I was a "perfectionist" and made a reference to my race as a "black and white person". Spending 65% more time to do a routine matter is not being a perfectionist any more they would be if I offered to pay them 65% less than the charge. While I was in there scheduling an appointment an employee was speaking with a customer about how police are unfairly accused of racism by black people. They are liars, and their employees entertain racist topics with customers. Just look at their reviews. A lot of people had terrible experiences.

In reality, it was the same car as in the photos and he hadn't yet suckered anyone into buying a $6000 car that needed $6000 in repairs. I am not that sucker, but I did spend money on an inspection that told me how bad the car was when the salesman Fred Barker could have just been up front with me. Yesterday, I spent over $1,000 for 35,000 mile maintenance. I went to pay my bill and learned they are now charging 3 percent surcharge for using credit cards. No heads up for me to let me know. I could have written a check--but didn't have a checkbook with me--and who tf writes checks anymore? Then, in addition to labor charges (makes sense) I got charge a "Shop Fee". Seriously?

Apparently they know their online tool doesn't work but its still on their website. IMO, not my problem - I have an appointment with several text and email confirmations so they should honor it. Just today, I showed up for yet another 'phantom' appointment for an intermittent issue. Because I knew the vehicle may not demonstrate the issue in the service bay (it is an intermittent issue after all) I have been taking videos for WEEKS to demonstrate the issue, what it is, and prove that it is persistent. At first, the tech was just going to turn me away for my apparent lack of appointment ... but I refused. Again, not my problem that your scheduling tool is broken. So we went to my vehicle and, of course, could not replicate the issue. I explained I knew that would be the case so offered up my videos. Flat out refused - said there was nothing they could do, and videos were worthless. Not a "hmmm, let me see what our techs think" or even a "gee, sorry this is happening - we'll take it and see if we can try to troubleshoot it". He didn't even want to see the videos to better understand what I'm dealing with. (It's the lift gate, by the way ... it only works about 20% of the time on a '24 traverse) Now I get it - it's like going to the doctor and magically being well. But this issue persists, it will persist, and I cannot predict when it will happen. So it sounds like unless the stars align and I show up for a non-phantom appointment and the issue just happens to be observable at that precise moment in time, they will not do a thing. The blatant refusal to honor my appointment coupled with the "nothing I can do" mindeset - - - I'm done. I'll drive three cities over to where I bought the vehicle rather than deal with this crap again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not only was the price of the vehicle competitively priced and a great deal, the people who are behind the business are exceptional. They know what they are working on and you can tell. They have wonderful understanding on popular models such as Toyota Prius and Yaris, and quite frankly I don't think I have seen anyone else sell a Prius at a better price with lower mileage than this place. You get great quality at a great price. Sure the place isn't as fancy or nice as an auto dealership, but you won't be paying the crazy prices the dealers make you pay. Great people, great cars, this should be an easy choice. I hope that when we replace our SUV, we will be able to buy one from them because ONG is about the only place I want to buy a vehicle... One thing to keep in mind is that many of their cars are prior salvaged and then fixed up, so its understandable to be a bit nervous to purchase from them. I was a bit nervous too at first, but after getting to know the owner more all those worries dissipated. They really stand behind their work and take pride in what they do (which is a rare find these days) and will fix anything that comes up with their cars. And you just can't beat their prices anywhere else! Great business, hands down.
