This guy knows his stuff, and takes care of you like you're an old friend. He even took all my other devices and got them connected and programmed right. They were very quick to respond to my initial request with the information I needed. After exchanging some necessary information, we scheduled an install date. Their pricing was very competitive. Jake was very communicative. He sent a reminder and on the day of install, kept me informed of his arrival time, etc. He was right on time. He began his work and was incredibly thorough in his approach. He unmounted my old/dead TV and prepped for the new one. Once he got it mounted, everything looked great with all the cables hidden. We went through the initial setup together to insure everything was in working order. Jake cleaned up after himself to the point you wouldn't have known he'd even been there. I've been really disappointed in Intuitive AV's team and I question the positive reviews I read…read morebefore hiring them to install a surveillance system at my home. IAV designed its scope based on the needs I described (I needed 8 cameras that would record 24/7 and record all human or vehicular motion...plain and simple). IAV strongly recommended the Luma camera system. I agreed and they installed. They forgot to set up motion alerts during the installation. After a lot of back and forth, including pushback from their sole in-house engineer Eddie, IAV reluctantly sent their technician back to the property. He updated the settings to allow notification. Now I receive literally 300 notifications a day because a leaf on the corner of my property will wiggle in the breeze. We turned down the sensitivity to a 2 and I still get hundreds of notifications. See attached pics for a small window of time. The system cries wolf and is completely ineffective. I've asked Eric the CEO to send someone back to the house to fix the settings but he refuses saying I signed off on the installation and he's no longer responsible for it even though we're well within the 12 month warranty period. I've filed claims with the state licensing agency and Secretary of State. This is a sad situation but IAV just doesn't have the manpower or expertise to solve basic surveillance problems. I get the feeling they are spread really thin.
