Six days later, while on his lead in the back yard, the plastic buckle on the leash broke. Now, Eddie has had 6 or 7 leashes and never have any of them ever broke. I took the collar back and told the clerk what happened. Expecting a simple "Oh sorry, go back and grab a replacement", I got "What kind of dog is it"? I told him pit mix and his weight. He said "sorry there's no warranty on those". (Huh? Warranty?) I said I just bought it less than a week ago. He repeated the warranty line again. I asked if Concord was willing to lose my buisiness, my daughter & her husbands business and social media sharing over a $14.00 collar? "there's no warranty..........." See ya Concord, hello Wal-Mart. I hate to do it because we always try to shop local.

Found the aisle I was looking for and started to browse. What became irritating was the fact that several other customers had the same notion to do the same. But without any awareness for others around them. Blocking the aisle with themselves or their carts. I circled a few times before they had cleared out. The dog on the big bed was so upset by his buddy getting yelled at he was upset. The groomer told.me to leave amd slammed the door in my face. I asked the clerk at the check out if she heard what was going on and she said she didnt and didnt seem to care and never asked for any info. I went back waited for over 45 minutes and told the owners what happened and they were grateful. They said the tan dog is so sweet and loves everyone but doesnt like its toes touched and the groomer did tell them what i said to her.but didnt mention the yelling and cursing.​ I will try to contact the owners of the pet store as maybe this is a contractor working in their store.
