Sadie was awesome to communicate with, responsive, informative, and accommodating. I drove up from DC and planned to arrive around 5 pm, however traffic was atrocious and what should have taken 2.5 hrs took almost 5. This was my first dog, so I was already nervous -- compounded by the fact that I got there so late at night and felt horrible, but Sadie was extremely patient, understanding, and made me feel at ease. She brought my furbaby, an F1 Moyen Goldendoodle, out of the house and set him in a little playpen while she got everything ready. She walked me through everything, showed me his vaccination records, used a chip scanner to show me exactly where he was chipped and allow me to verify the chip number. She gave me a gallon size ziploc bag of food and texted me the exact food it was so I could read about it and order more. She gave me a bag with a leash, collar, little blankie w/ his mom's scent, food, and a bully stick, which are his favorite! She answered all of my questions about him, his parents, the littler size, his siblings, and on and on, and was patient with me while asked them, despite it being so late. Before I even got back to DC, I already had an e-mail transferring his chip number to me so I can login and update all my info, an e-mail for an online K9 training course, and a link to the website where I could order his ICA registration certificate (yes, I know it's not AKC. Yes, I know it doesn't verify lineage. But I didn't pay anything and I got a certificate, with a foil seal, which looks VERY official and cool, and I dig it - novelty or not!) :) As far as the dog ... seriously... he is AMAZING!! He has the sweetest temperament, is very calm, was well socialized before I even got him home. He is SO smart and super chill for a puppy. He was clean and brushed nice, he doesn't fear things like the brush or his leash or anything. You can tell he was taken great care of before I picked him up. I DID see the reviews about someone's pup unfortunately getting giardia- which is a real bummer, so I was sure to tell the vet at his first appointment that I wanted him tested. He didn't have any symptom and his stool was never a problem, but I figured if she was going to get a sample, she might as well do it now and check for it. Everything came back clean - and the vet said he was in excellent shape. Everything happens for a reason... I found Saidie's Doodles after a pup from another breeder fell through at the last minute after waiting for 7 months... and it turned out to be the BEST thing that ever happened! I got SO lucky w/ my pup. He's seriously the greatest.

It's so exceedingly rare to have such an actual human interaction nowadays with anything and yet, we got it from Amos and his family. If anyone reading this is looking for an addition to their family in breeds they offer, I can't stress enough that you should contact them. The accommodations, information, etc. were just incredible. On a practical side, it is unquestionably obvious that they actually care for each and every one of the dogs they have. Our newest addition to our family, Blondie, is such a sweet and energetic companion who just jumped into playfulness as soon as we got home - you don't get that from dogs that are simply raised for sale. If we ever decide to add to our family again, there won't be anywhere else to look.

Tilly…read moreChristian is a smart, playful puppy and was easy to house train with poochie bells when she was four months old. Tilly uses her paws to ring the bells when she wants to go outside my house to potty. She now fetches balls, toys & a soft frisbee. Tilly is a wonderful, thriving puppy with no health issues! She's now 8 months old, weighs 9 pounds and is 11 inches tall at her withers (shoulders). Tilly loves riding in the basket of my ebike when we go to a neighborhood dog park. I've had her groomed as a traditional poodle and recently with a teddy bear, puppy trim. She's adorable! Amos & Tilly have built a solar powered kennel with heated floors. The outside kennel area has artificial grass for the potty area. Plus a large, fenced in pasture for the dogs and puppies to run and play outside. I highly recommend Villa Crest Puppies as a safe, clean kennel and ethical dog breeder in 2025. Thank you for letting me adopt one of your adorable, female toy poodles. Tilly is truly a blessing!

I originally purchased my precious boy Drogon (previously Duke) in October of 2018. Yesterday, my…read moredog passed away, at the young age of 3 years and 9 months, in his sleep due to Chronic Kidney Disease. The issues first started only 3 months after purchasing him from the Longs. He suffered multiple UTIs, incontinence, inappetence, and low energy before I found out the cause. After multiple diagnostic tests including an ultrasound, I was informed that he was born with deformed kidneys. Both kidneys were misshapen and smaller than they should be. Ultimately, at 15 months he presented with Stage 2 Renal Failure (based off his numbers), and was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. I informed the Longs of this to let them know that the litter may have issues (as the Vet said it was congenital defect), and to prevent this tragedy from happening to anyone else. After telling me it was too late for a refund (which I never asked for) they told me they would look into it and find the cause. I called them back to determine the results of their findings, and they just said it wasn't an issue on their end. I informed them of the ultrasound results, and I never heard from them again. It's impossible for it to be anything else, as a puppy that young would have had to been born with the disease. My dog fought for his life for 3 1/2 beautiful years. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, I pray no other dog owners have to suffer through the difficulty of caring for a chronically ill pet. I believe there must be negligent breeding practices occurring for my dog to come to me so ill of health. I had no warning, and there was never any accountability taken.
