Lums Pond Animal Hospital is a new vet to us. We chose them because they are so close and we had a…read moresick cat. She does not do well in her carrier or the car. They got us in right away. Our cat ended up needing testing and we were given two options. We chose the more expensive hoping to get answers. The vet came back and said she didn't feel we needed to do the extra tests so she did the cheaper of the two options. Our cat ended up being diagnosed with diabetes. They have been amazing this whole time and giving us a lot of information. With every worry we had, they worked their hardest to help us in any way they could. They have gone out of their way to help make this situation as affordable for us as they can. The staff has been so nice and helpful from the beginning! We will be switching the vet we use for our pup to Lums Pond now as well. His vet was chosen due to an after hours emergency and who was able to get in him in right away. It is about a 20-30 min. drive for us. Having Lums Pond so close and the fact they have been extremely caring and helpful makes the decision to switch him over an easy one! We love the staff and Dr. Colletti!
