They run specials for new customers and throughout the month if you sign up for their enewsletters. The staff is always super friendly and seem to know most of the dogs by name. The best part about Camp Bow Wow, though, is the Camper Cams where you can watch your dog throughout the day. I can pull it up on either my computer or my cell phone, the pages refresh very quickly, and the quality is pretty darn good. Every time I've pulled up the camera to check on my dog, there he is, prancing about. It does feel a little 'Big Brother'-ish but hey, if I'm going to pay $25+ to take my dog to daycare, it's very reassuring to see that he's getting the exercise and the attention he needs. I would recommend CBW to anyone with a bored pup at home!

This time they put a puppy in with my 60 pound over 3 year old dog. They admit the puppy was irritating my dog but blamed my dog when he responded claiming it was "unprovoked". They could see it on their cameras. We are done. They said he could come back for day camp but not board. No thank you. We don't need a babysitter just a safe place when we want to take a vacation. They didn't even care when we voiced our concerns. They have advertised that not all dogs are up to date on vaccines but apparently they still take them.

When I reached out to Jack he suggested we meet up prior to my needing his services to meet my pup so they could get to know one another before the trip. When I left him with Jack during my vacation, I received a pic of my baby as well as daily updates on his well-being. He told me how he was eating, his many walks and his temperament while being in a different home that he was not used to. This was really a relief to me as I didn't have to worry that my pup was being taken care of in a knowledgeable, calm atmosphere. I will definitely use Jack again for any future pet sitting vacations that I will need. He is the best! G

In addition to his size and strength, Zippy is extremely reactive, thus very difficult to control, when he encounters other dogs during walks. I advertised for dog walkers on Nextdoor and received a few responses from kids and other dog lovers. When Jack Feldmann the owner of Your Pet's Best Friend reached out to me, it was immediately apparent that he is a professional -- the real deal. He and his associate, Kevin Wilson, were totally unfazed by Zippy's size and potential for problems. Both developed great relationships with our monster dog and managed him beautifully. Fortunately, I'm again able to walk Zippy, but I will certainly call Your Pet's Best Friend anytime our circumstances require support with Zippy. If you live in the Wilmington area, I highly recommend their services. Jack's number is (302) 379-5501.
