I asked them to trim my dog minimally. She was shaved unevenly and looks horrible. Not like the dog I brought her in at all. Her cuts are uneven, and there are pieces of hair sticking out everywhere. I will never use them again ever. I did a better job doing it myself. I would like a refund, but we'll see what happens with that. My dog seemed traumatized, and would barely respond for about six hours after leaving there.

I am typing this through a flood of HAPPY tears! I know every dog has their story, so I won't…read moredwell on what "was," but trust me when I say it had us at a breaking point. I turned to SMS in sheer desperation. My tearful phone call was met with warmth, compassion, understanding, and professionalism by Amanda. I had a glimmer of hope, but just the slightest. Our evaluation cannot be summed up in words. I was gripped with fear even bringing our dog into a public place. Sarah spoke right to my heart and was not even phased by Kobe. Just being in her presence brought me a sense of calm I had not known prior. She did our intake and then shared her own dog's story of transformation. When Kasey came in to stay with Kobe while I observed a bit, I was terrified that he would bite her. Kasey was not at all shaken and Kobe responded in kind, sitting for her when I left the room! Kasey had him at "hello." During Sarah's AMAZING demonstration with her dog, I remember seeing a tall woman in the far corner of the room working with a muzzled and vocal dog. Her calm and confidence melted my heart on the spot; Grace had me in that moment just as Kasey had Kobe. I was sold. BUT, the deal was not yet sealed. My husband was the "hard sell." I just asked him to have an open mind and visit a group class. He agreed, we did, and the rest is history...a VERY HAPPY history! Not only has Kobe been transformed, but also our FAMILY has! I had a goal of just not being afraid of what Kobe would do to another dog or to a person, and now that is the very least I would even expect of him! Moreover, it is not just that we can now communicate effectively with Kobe, we can now TRULY ENJOY Kobe! And, even better, Kobe is TRULY HAPPY! When Sarah confidently promised this to me just a few short weeks ago, I hoped this could be true, but I didn't truly believe it. We are living proof -- Sit Means Sit is the real thing. My heart is overflowing with joy and gratitude for Amanda, Sarah, Kasey, and Grace. We love and appreciate you all so very much!

Excellent trainers. Four weekly sessions of an 8hr training day including an hour at the end to…read moreteach us what our dog learned plus a doggy day care day. In just four weeks our anxious dog who'd been getting more and more stressed especially around other dogs, delivery people etc has done a turn around. He goes in, casually eyes the other dogs there and gives no reaction. It's a bit pricey but totally worth it. Tickled they're going to open a site on Limestone Road in Wilmington DE.
