Service, selection, and a lot of choice! WOW! I often saw this business in the Clippers magazine…read moreand wondered, main street of Camden? There is a main street of Camden? I had no idea. On the day we had a mother of weather day, I went. WHOA. From the outside looks like a typical corner store. Walk inside you and find varieties of healthy food for cats and dogs you never knew existed. Way cool dispensers for your pets to help them slow down, educational/positive toys for activating their brain, treats and TONS of everything. Here's the perks, you provide your phone number and for each dollar spent you get a lot of points towards other items when you return. They provided me two samples of dog food to try that seem crazy healthy (see images) and they offered a lot of details on bonus offers. I love the fact that there are tubs in the back you can wash your dogs THERE with supplied shampoo and items for $9.00 and the stainless tubs are awesome. That is a GREAT offer. The grooming services are NOT unreasonable at ALL and the feel inside the store is one of being at home - which you want with any pet. LOVE this find on a dismal winter day, it made all much much more positive!

I didn't buy anything here, but the employees were very friendly and offered to help me find…read moreanything I needed. They had a good selection of toys and treats, dog collars, pet food for a variety of animals, and pretty much anything else you'd need for a dog, cat, rabbit, hamster, duck, etc. The store is well-organized and they have cute magnets/decorations too!

I am the lucky owner of a very stubborn Lab and a rowdy Border Collie…read more We had them groomed at Diamond's for the first time today. They look fabulous! They smell good ( We will see how long that lasts) But most of all they are happy and not stressed. Glad to run around the back yard and get dirty again. Good job to Diamond and Staff.

My wife booked an appointment at this "establishment" to bring our 10 year old Newfoundland in for…read moregrooming. She's a sweet & gentle giant. We are new to the area - we have used this place multiple times and generously tipped. We will NEVER use them again! First, my wife was 15 minutes late for the appointment. She is a 72 year old Type 1 diabetic with a bad knee. I usually take our dog in. Our dog needs a ramp to get into our van because she is arthritic. My wife needed to do this herself because I had been in the hospital for a week. She had trouble opening the ramp and getting our dog in the van. She gets there - and they charge her a $10 "late fee" - despite an explanation for the brief delay. Second, my wife (who is a retired professional groomer) gave explicit instructions as to how our dog should be groomed. She took the time to draw a diagram with notes - showing how the dog should be groomed. This diagram is on file in their office. She gets a call that our dog is ready. She goes to pick up our dog - and it looked like the dog was hardly touched. Her tail was not thinned at all. It was a mess. Feathers on her legs were not groomed. Her head floof was removed - despite instructions not to do this. And she didn't even smell clean. Third, if you don't pay a 30-50% deposit in advance - they cancel your appointment. This "policy" applies to regular customers as well. The staff here could care less about the dogs. They are abrupt and do not take the "extra steps" to make your dog feel comfortable. After pointing out to the groomer all the mistakes - my wife did receive a refund. Really...... if people do not take pride in their work....why are they in the business? My wife had to bring our dog home and spend 3 hours to complete the job that should have been done by the groomer. As I was in the hospital, my wife needed to do this herself - without any help and without a grooming table. I came back from the hospital incensed at the aggravation that these people put my wife through. These people should be ashamed of themselves!

Very hospitable, caring, and professional. Would absolutely recommend!…read more We had to bring our older cat in because she wasn't feeling well and wouldn't eat, and they did some tests and found multiple issues. It was decided that the best decision was to have her put to sleep. Dr. Gennusa and Pam, the veterinary assistant, were very professional throughout the whole visit yet also very hospitable, caring, and respectful. They were extra sympathetic and compassionate and definitely made the process easier for us. They really walked through the whole process with us. 5 stars!

They killed two of my cats and they could put your animals at risk too. A number of years ago one…read moreof my cats became ill, this place was are regular place but weren't open (Sunday). We took ill cat to the animal hospital. There we learned our cat had an enlarged heart and needed to be on meds. We went for a follow up a week later and they demanded we take the cat off the heart meds even though we told them the animal hospital stressed the cat needed to be on them. Two weeks later our cat passed away. Fast forward to today, chalk the first one up to honest mistake. This next mistake, unforgivable. My elderly cat (16 yo) came in due to a drop in weight. Concerned they did blood work and a host of other tests. They said the cat was just old and otherwise it was in "top health." A number of months pass and she slowly losses more energy and develops an eye infection. Again this place was unavailable to see my cat but could squeeze it in for an extra hundred bucks. I again am forced to take her to the animal hospital. There they look at her file and said not only does she most likely have CANCER, but her one lung is gone, and she has FAILING kidneys. Again, this isn't something they did tests for, this is something already in her file that Governors Animal Hospital REFUSED and NEGLECTED to ever tell me about. Don't take your animal here, they are not safe. They will lie to you, and they will charge you top dollar to do so.
