When Jack Feldmann the owner of Your Pet's Best Friend reached out to me, it was immediately apparent that he is a professional -- the real deal. He and his associate, Kevin Wilson, were totally unfazed by Zippy's size and potential for problems. Both developed great relationships with our monster dog and managed him beautifully. Fortunately, I'm again able to walk Zippy, but I will certainly call Your Pet's Best Friend anytime our circumstances require support with Zippy. Two of our three cats have special needs - one a 17 year old cat on special kidney diet, and one on a high-fiber diet and Miralax - so I was really worried. Especially since the third cat will happily eat EVERYTHING while the first two shouldn't eat each other's food. The daily reports and photos were a continual reassurance and when I expressed concern about one cat's behavior that day (Hiding under the bed...something he NEVER does unless ill) they immediately quarantined him and made sure he was getting all of his food and medicine without the other cats interfering - they even moved his cat tower into the bedroom because they noticed he normally slept on it and wanted him comfortable in his solitary confinement. Problem solved, they put everything back and let the cat back out when he showed signs he was ok. They even brought in some packages that were unexpectedly delivered in our absence. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We used two different companies in cherry hill before this company and two companies in Philly before that abd without a doubt happy tails of south jersey by Cara Ruth was the best. Cara ruth manages the company, all dog walker assignments matching it to the personality of your dogs. One of our dogs was a bit more challenging to get to walk than the other. Her team members were kind, patient and thoughtful with both dogs- we worked with Lauren, Kara, Justine, and Julie. They were all great. Pricing is reasonable as well! The online app they have is a great way to schedule, communicate (in private w Cara or in public with the team). We used them for private dog walks for both our dogs 2-3 times a day but they also do group walks which could be great for social and physically active dogs. We wish we could take this company with us to where we are moving!
