Every time we pull up, Harley's tail starts wagging and she can't wait to get inside. No matter who's there to greet us, they always make a big fuss over her before taking her into the back to play. It's obvious that this place is owned by a dog lover. Kelli is so great at keeping us posted on how Harley is doing at camp. They also offer full grooming, which is excellent. I asked the owner if they would be able to use this ear cleaning treatment I had bought just a couple days before. She assured me they would use it and even promised to cut his nails down so he couldn't further hurt them. They also promised a bath so he wasn't stinky upon pickup.. When I got home my dog wasn't acting himself AT ALL! He wasn't eating, drinking, playing.. He literally came in the door and went to a corner and laid down. I went over to pet him and love on him and I noticed he had sores on the side of his face. I looked closely and it had looked like bite marks but I couldn't be positive. I then noticed his nails weren't cut like they had promised and I also noticed his coat looked like powder had been dumped all over his body. He also smelled horrible so there is no way he was bathed correctly if, at all. My mother and I immediately took him upstairs and gave him a proper bath. When I was drying him off, I noticed open sores on every paw pad, he had what looked to be a rash on his back legs and on the inside of them as well, his fur was just coming off when you touched it. And then lastly, his balls were raw. Red, raw and looked to be infected as there was some sort of yellowish ooze. I messaged Amy that night, I sent pictures and told her everything that was happening. I explained that I had just spent money on the trip I was on plus the $200 I just gave her and that if I needed to take him to a vet, I'd need to be refunded for his stay. She gave me all these excuses. His balls were sore from scooting on the play room floor, (which he isnt even physically able to scoot due to a corkscrew tail but not only that in the year and a half hes been alive Ive never seen him do this) his face had sores from chewing the metal cage and his entire coat had powder all over it due to the ear cleaning treatment -__- Then she said she can't give refunds, that isn't how she runs her business. If I had to take him to the vet, send her the bill and she'll send it through her insurance. I took him to the vet about a week later because his rash was getting worse. He ended up having some sort of parasite he picked up from another animal at this place, the sores on his paws and balls was from chemical burn. The vet said most likely the chemicals weren't cleaned properly off the floor and that the sores on the side of his face were in fact from being bit. If he was chewing the cage, his gums would be torn up as well, but she could see the exterior and interior bite marks from what looked to be a smaller dog. He ended up needing antibiotics for a month and a steroid. I would NEVER recommend bringing your animal here!

Found this place on an internet pet sitting search and decided to give it a try for in-home visits…read morefor my 2 cats while I was on vacation. I was extremely nervous to use the service because my pets mean so much to me. They came everyday for a week and we could not have been happier with the service. The pet sitter texted me an update everyday so I could just relax and enjoy my vacation. When we got home the cats were so happy and clearly well taken care of. I will definitely be using this service every time I go on vacation now.
