I was extremely nervous to use the service because my pets mean so much to me. They came everyday for a week and we could not have been happier with the service. The pet sitter texted me an update everyday so I could just relax and enjoy my vacation. When we got home the cats were so happy and clearly well taken care of. In addition to his size and strength, Zippy is extremely reactive, thus very difficult to control, when he encounters other dogs during walks. I advertised for dog walkers on Nextdoor and received a few responses from kids and other dog lovers. When Jack Feldmann the owner of Your Pet's Best Friend reached out to me, it was immediately apparent that he is a professional -- the real deal. He and his associate, Kevin Wilson, were totally unfazed by Zippy's size and potential for problems. Both developed great relationships with our monster dog and managed him beautifully.
