Things don't always go as planned & repairs aren't always as simple as when you start from scratch. A faucet repair I had done didn't go as planned. Joe, the owner reached out to me & made things right. He truly seems like he wants to make his company the best it can be. I appreciate that kind of integrity and honesty in a company and will work with them again in a heartbeat. It's not easy finding people you can trust for home odd jobs. If my mom lived in Illinois, this is the company I'd call to help her. Initially, I had a snag with this company after scheduling them to come out and they cancelled at the last minute on the day of the appointment. The owner worked with me and after listening to my mini-tirade agreed to set up an another appointment. They seemed open to constructive criticism to set them apart from other companies.
