Poke bowl with shrimp, white rice, mango, cilantro, jalapeño, corn, bell peppers & green onion.
    Catalina A.

First time ever trying a poke bowl & I was pleasantly surprised! It was an amazing fusion of flavors & the quality of food was superb. The spicy mayo is a must have as it adds so much goodness to the bowl. The establishment itself is very cute and clean & everything was made quickly. I want to come back and try some ramen & some bubble tea one day. Thanks for the great experience!

Went for dinner and staff was very friendly and helpful as I always have questions when I'm not sure what's in something. The ramen was fantastic. I had the meso broth with beef and my husband had the fish one with extra spicy and he loved it. We also had the bubble tea. My only complaint was it seemed the air conditioning wasn't on and it was warm, they did however have fans going. I'm guessing the air must have broken rather recent.

Adorable interior! Was super excited to try this place upon a strong recommendation from a relative. My boyfriend and I both ordered the passionfruit tea--it could've been better, i've had excellent passionfruit tea in the past and it wasn't really comparable in my opinion. Next the ramen--I got miso with pork and my boyfriend got the spicy miso with pork. It was just okay, the pork was not the best, nor was the broccoli. In total, our meal was around $40. Not bad.

My visit to the Niagara Falls location on 6/11/25 was refreshing. I order the Poke with spicy tuna, salmon and shrimp. The server explained how to order and the food was perfectly prepared and served fast. $14 poke bowl plus $5 large bubble tea. The ingredients were so fresh and the flavor was big and real. I am a large eater and this perfectly filled me. I already look forward to going back.

The best bubble tea and sushi burrito around!!!!!! My only complaint is that you have to fill out a slip of paper for your sushi orders. You order the soup and drinks in person at the counter. So it's a little wonky feeling. Other than that, food is delicious and the milk teas are a must try.

Miso Ramen Noodle Soup with Pork 7/10

Super cute inside. I love the wood and the turf and pandas. Strawberry banana smoothie 7/10. Strong banana flavor, overpowering the strawberry. Not balanced. Was just ok. Miso ramen with pork 7/10. Good miso broth. Didn't like the pork at all.. Very unseasoned, bland, flavorless. I'd get again without the pork, maybe shrimp or just veggies. Also they didn't have any chicken as a protein option, which I found strange. I'd rather have chicken ramen.

This is my first time here. I used to frequently go shopping at the Buffalo outlets in Niagara. I haven't been in a while and was surprised this open this new ramen bubble tea place. This place was rated high so I wanted to try too! Ambiance: The inside is super cute and very modern. It's very clean with lots of vines hanging which gives the place a garden feel. Service: You order from the counter like a fast food place. They give you the food in takeout containers even if you're eating inside. I guess ease of cleaning. I ordered pork but they got my order wrong and gave me beef and I just kept the order since I don't like to return food. My food was done pretty quick. Food/drinks: I ordered the pork but they gave me beef Tonkatsu which is your pork broth ramen noodles. I was sadly disappointed. The beef was tough and had a weird smoky flavour, I did not like the taste. Instead of your thicker ramen noodles it's your thin lo mein egg noodle style. The egg was not your typical marinated eggs it looked like they hard boiled or at least cooked it too long the yolk was yellow and not your typical creamy orange. And you only get half a egg not a whole one for the price. The broth was not flavourful at all it was very plain tasting. There was some chunks of bamboo shoot in it but it taste like it went bad. Overall I was not impressed with the ramen and will probably not get it again especially for $15USD I can go to Sansotei or Kinton in Canada for cheaper and taste a lot better. After the bad ramen experience I want sure if I should try the bubble tea. But a lot of people were ordering bubble tea so I was like why not! Bubble tea I got the lychee green tea with tapioca and coconut jelly. Usually I'm a bubble tea snob and only go for my usual name brands but when I'm Buffalo and your bubble tea addiction kicks in you have no choice and take what you get. The bubble tea was a bit bland. The lychee flavour was a bit diluted that you can't really taste taste the lychee . Around $6 USD for a large with 2 toppings. Not sure why the reviews are so high for this place. The only thing they have going for them is the decor, the place is so pretty. I gave them 2 stars for the decor, cleanliness and fast service.

Large Strawberry Fruit Bubble tea with less sugar

After reading the reviews, defintly wanted to check this Boba/ bubble tea, Ramen noodle place out the next time in Niagara Falls. I actually ended up driving past it, as I turned into the outlets, not realizing it was right next to Applebee's. My main focus was to check out the bubble tea, though the make your own salad feature and Ramen noodles sounded interesting fir next time. Ended up going with Strawberry large green tea with less sugar. The prices were comparable to other bubble/ Boba tea places in WNY. The location opened several months ago, was a little smaller inside, the area where beverages and food was prepared properly sectioned of for covid restrictions. The business looks to be expanding further, which is always a positive during a pandemic. Ordering, which I didn't know could be done online, or through their paper check off order out menu. Plan to visit again, as the bubble tea was made quite different in taste and more natural flavor.

This place was nothing special. The boba teas were mediocre and overpriced. Not much more to say.

This restaurant is next to applebees and not inside the outlet mall. They had parking outside. It was empty when we got there. The decor was super pretty I love the bamboo seating and table and as well as the plant decorations. We ordered the chicken poke, tonkotsu ramen, mango green tea, and mango smoothie with mango jelly. The mango smoothie was really good. The chicken poke tasted very fresh it had a lot of different vegetables inside. I got in a sushi burrito but you can choose it in a bowl as well. They have creat your own as well and the menu is next to the cash register.

I ordered food from here through uber eats about three months ago since I had a coupon deal that I couldnt pass up. I was impressed by the menu, and ended up ordering a bowl of pho, a spicy tuna sushi burrito and bubble tea for myself and my parents. The pho was delicious, packed with veggies, it was supposed to have pork in it and I paid for extra just didn't recieve the extra pork or any pork at all. I did end up writing it in as a missing item and uber eats refunded me for that mistake. I liked that the broth came on the side and you could poor as needed. The sushi burrito presentation wise looked delicious, but tasted like it was soaked in fish juice and dirty sea water. I will never eat any of their seafood items here, and in the future also be selective on where I get any raw tuna or raw fish. One bite and it was stomach turning which really sucked as I've never had a good sushi burrito anywhere. Might just have to give up. Bubble teas is where this place should stay and just trash the food concept.

My first time ever trying the Bubble Tea experience, upon entering a mask is required, the inside is closed off so I believe they are only open for take out. I went for a friend and was told these drinks were hitting! this was my opportunity to go for it. I played it safe and went with small almond milk tea as I thought that couldn't be so bad. I had no idea what the beads (tapioca pudding) were but opted in to trying them, as I was going for the whole drink experience lol. They offer poke bowls as well as other ramen dishes. Overall I enjoyed my choice of drink, was not to fond on the beads but will definitely try it again, just without the beads that is.

I typically go to the Amherst location but I tried the Niagara Falls location today. The service was pretty underwhelming, it seemed like we were intruding on her phone time. Upon receiving food it was just "warm" and myself personally, I enjoy hot temped food. I ordered a pudding bubble tea with tapioca pearls, unfortunately they were out of the pearls. It was good but I personally prefer the mango! I also got the spicy miso pork ramen and a red been matcha. This was the spiciest broth I've had, I could only use about a quarter of it and ended up mixing it with the traditional (and I like spice)! The seating selection kind of stinks right now and of course I'm sure it's due to Covid . They only had one both available and about 10 bar stools against the window. Overall, this specific location was not my favorite. I will continue going to the Amherst location as I've never had a disappointing experience!

First thing to note is if you're coming here parking choices are limited as it's on the corner of Broadway and School St. I believe I heard they're moving into the Village Of Lancaster that should help, but FYI. Arrived about the time my food was supposed to be ready ( 25 Mins after ordering ) and was told it'd be right out. Sat and waited another 10 minutes and finally received my food. Dug in to the Banh Mi and while it was tasty, it was half cold....probably due to the fact it sat and waited while the spring rolls I ordered were ready ( which were piping hot when I got them ). Tasty sandwich but how hard can it be to time the food together if this is what you do all day / every day. Disappointed. Gave them 3 Stars because the food itself was tasty, but wanted to give them 5 Stars but simply wasn't enough to compel me to give them another try

My friend had the King of Kings as our server said this is one of their most popular choices. I opted for the Spicy Charsu. Now I understand some people can't handle heat but I live off of Purple Tongue hot sauce which is made with some pretty hot peppers. I asked for a level one and the lady explained that the spice level on the Charsu was a whole series of levels higher than the King of Kings. I get that . Give me the heat. Anywho, she was comfortable with giving me 0.5 but said I could make it hotter if need be. Ok, better to start smaller I guess. They put some sauce on the side which I added to my bowl. Personally I found the 0.5 a nice tingle; it was good. Made my nose run. But I'm totally getting the level 1 next time. My friend however tried a sip of my broth, spit it out and said poison poison because of the heat Mind you, his King of Kings was a level 1. Which to me tasted creamy and delicious. I love a good pork bone soup and I opted for the Spicy Charsu because of the pork bone base. I loved the broth. It was perfection. The noodles were so fresh . The portion size was enormous. I kept eating and more noodles appeared. The Charsu had an amazing flavor to it . Smoky and delicious . My friend is a larger man and even he commented on the portion size saying he would be ok with a smaller size as he was so full. Good portions for your money. We also had the Gyoza and the TakoYaki. The TakoYaki was soft and loaded with the delicious sauce. The Gyoza were enormous. We were both 100% satisfied with our visit and will be back for sure.

The concerned server told me that it may be painful, but being the chili head that I am, I gladly took on the challenge. It was a larger bowl than their regular size and my ramen came topped with lots of corn, some mushrooms, bean sprouts and 6 large pieces of chasu. The broth was magma red, but it was not as spicy as I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong, it was spicy but not to the point where it would warrant a warning. The spicy broth tasted like a mix of Buldak sauce and Capsaicin, but didn't have much depth. I finished my ramen, broth and all and enjoyed most of the experience. The least favorite was the chasu and the egg as chasu did not taste fresh, and I could not taste the char on them at all. The egg was over-cooked and under marinated which was disappointing. It's still one of the few ramen options in Durham but can't say it's comparable to the other Kenzo locations.
