The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Stopped in here to kill time before an appointment after seeing the high ratings, but unfortunately…read morethe experience didn't live up to them. Most of my rating is based on the service. Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

Such nice, pleasant service; really patient staff and really helpful (reheated our coffee when it cooled and even reset the modem for the wifi when we couldn't connect). The place itself was really nice, loved sitting in the cozy couch area while working. They brought out our order on a little trays which felt very indulgent, I really enjoyed that lol. And that's all before i even got to the food and drink! Really loved my latte, and the honeycomb pastry omg...... so delicious. Heated up and drizzled with honey, maybe one of the best things I've had in a while. We also got a Dubai chocolate cheesecake and a chicken puff pastry thing which were both quite good. Also got a dragonfruit mango refresher which was just okay, and the price was a bit steep but it was a great experience altogether!

I got the B5 Banh Mi Bo (Lemongrass beef) - the bread was soft, the beef was tender and flavorful, and the veggies were crisp. No notes! Tapioca pearls can be hit-or-miss in my opinion, but these had the perfect bite vs chew ratio that only fresh, perfectly-prepared boba has. I usually find myself struggling to find something unique and delicious when it comes to mall food, and I don't look forward to in-store shopping as much as I used to, but Boba Stop is really doing some heavy lifting for Galleria Mall - I'll come for the Banh Mi then stay for the mall walks and window shopping every time!

Everything was really clean and neat throughout the place. Service- ALL of the staff were wonderful. They greet you, explain all options to you and serve you too! Everyone made us feel warm and welcomed. Food- Now let's talk about the food!!!! Sooo many options. I think if I worked at the Apple Tree business park I would be in trouble! It would be hard to resist. For options, they have a ton on the menu. Lots of fried foods, sandwiches, pizza and also healthier options like hard boiled eggs to grab and go, along with salads and a lay-per-pound salad bar to pick your own toppings! Todays choice for me was a much talked about Fish Fry dinner! Omg. It comes hanging out the sides of the container and it's served with fries and all three salad options (potato, macaroni, and coleslaw). Everything was really tasty. Salads are definitely homemade and very dressed, not dry at all. The fish was fried right as we ordered so it was super hot and fresh. So delicious. We also tried 2 different types of pizza. I do wish the crust was a little more well done, but the flavors were good. My recommendation: come hungry!!! Fish fry is where it's at. I would come back here again.
