The prices and Banyan's rules and regulations are posted near the counter. I noticed that some of their prices had changed. Banyan circulated flyers when they first opened. I had received one and saved it because there was a 15% off total order coupon. The new prices listed on the wall showed an increase of $2 for lunch, dinner, and weekend all day. Once we were seated, our drink orders were taken. Our server seemed confused and was not well organized. She couldn't keep track of who had already ordered. The food was ok. I tried the beef, fish, green beans, and fried plantain. I had some salad and half of a boiled egg. The service was not great. One of the servers, while clearing the table, leaned over one of my family member's food to get a plate that was out of reach. Not cool! When it was time to receive our checks, we advised one of the workers that one person in our party did not eat and was to only be charged for a drink.
