Sadly, this was the worst Chinese restaurant we've ever experienced. Egg rolls were not cooked completely. The overly fried, greasy, sour chicken, tasted old, as well the sauce. Ordered via Uber Eats. Had 2 meals, 2 soups and 3 egg rolls. Not a single fortune cookie or crunchy noodle was in the bag. No duck sauce. The spring rolls tasted like a salt lick and I love salty food. The worst was the Wonton soup. It was not made correctly. It was in some dark brown feces colored broth. I don't recommend it!!! I ordered through Uber Eats. It took almost 2 hours to figure out that their system didn't work properly or they were lying about it. I called the restaurant they said the manager would call me about my order and of course never did. I lost my time trying to order food and waiting for it to arrive. So the food had never arrived. First off, I never leave any sort of reviews but in the case I felt it may be important. I ordered from Uber Eats. The food was not good at all. Especially the crab rangoons. they did not taste normal, just like bad spinach and artichoke dip. The sweet tea tasted like actual crap, I could not drink it. Was craving Chinese food and wanted to try a different place than the usual we go to. So started searching and came across this place and decided to give it a try. We ordered a small plain lo me in which was a good portion for it being the smallest size and was flavorful considering it was plain. Had a combination meal of orange chicken with egg roll and I'm the chicken was delicious!!! It was spicy which I didn't notice when I ordered but the flavor was amazing! Also had a combination meal with boneless spare ribs and I did ask for extra sauce on the ribs since sometimes it can be too dry. But this meal was also delicious the perfect portion size. We will now be regular customers and I'm looking forward to trying other dishes. read more

This little chinese food restaurant in Meadow Woods. If you want to get some delicious quick chinese food in this area this is the place to get it. They have a wide variety of dishes and lunch specials also. You can call and order ahead and pick it up or they will deliver it. The staff were very pleasant and the restaurant was clean . I order the Mongolian beef lunch special and it came with pork fried rice. I think Pork fried rice comes standard on most specials. And it came with a spring roll or you can get a soda. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I've only tried two items off the menu. I do want to note that the picture is taken after we finished eating and there was that much left over! Super huge portion and food was tasty and wasn't bland. Orange Chicken combo has all white meat. I was impressed that it wasn't mostly breading like at some other places. I ordered plain noodles because my son is super picky but surprisingly had a garlicky aroma and taste that he and I enjoyed. I placed a pick up order yesterday for the first time. They actually have a dining space however due to the pandemic the are is closed. I noticed they have a table with hand sanitizer, they came up with an original idea an placed plastic that runs from the ceiling to the floor and only a tiny space to place the order and make payment. I placed the order it was ready within 15 min. The person at the register was friendly and I liked that he repeated the order one item at a time just make sure it was what I wanted. Used to be a fan of this place but moved away since then. I was in the area again with friends and remembered it so recommended we go eat there. Food was okay from what I remembered it before. Menu is also confusing, it seems like you can buy the lunch special that comes with pork fried rice and a soda and with an extra $0.50 you can add on an eggroll. This is not the case, if you get the egg roll then you pay the extra and forfeit your drink. I had grabbed a soda and was waiting for my food, when my food was done I was told to put back the soda and when I asked about why this was the case when the menu says different, I was told I was wrong with no condolence. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! My fiancé and I ordered dinner from East Wok on 07/14 and while about half way through eating my lo mein I could feel something awkwardly crunchy in my mouth. After some investigating it was a beetle of some type. There was a freaking beetle in my food! I immediately threw up and after brushing my teeth and gargling around 1/2 bottle of mouthwash I called the restaurant. The person who picked up the phone said... "sorry" and then remained silent. This has been our new to go place for a few months now. Always very quick with making the food and not a single mistake.

I supported this restaurant from the day they opened, usually going every other week and spending a lot of money. However, that's not going to happen any more. The prices have gone up (just a little, not a big deal,) but the quality of the food has gone down tremendously. I'm not sure if there are new owners, new cooks, or a myriad of other reasons, but it's horrible, and it's NOT a Covid thing. Last night I ordered beef with garlic sauce, it looked and tasted as though it had been sitting for a while, it had absolutely no flavor (I had to add a little soy sauce and hot sauce just to give it flavor, and I don't like using extra soy sauce), and it was stone cold. Also, when I ordered I asked for brown rice in the little container and I got white rice. This restaurant had such great potential, and I hope they figure their stuff out. So I've been ordering food from this place for the few years they've been open. This is one of my mother's favorite places to get chicken and Broccoli from because they actually use garlic sauce if you specify. Not sure if there's been a change in owners but the quality in food has definitely taken a decline. A simple order such as chicken and broccoli has somehow turned into chicken and every vegetable known to man. Which in turn leads to way less chicken then they would previously give. They always make your food quite fast too, it only takes around 10-20 minutes depending on your order, in-person and through call. I couldn't recommend this place enough. read more

Ordered the Beef Lo Mein late one night after craving some noodles and it was delicious and filling. The food was hot and pretty fresh which significantly increased my appetite! Did not expect too much from this little spot in Meadow Woods, but was pleasantly surprised by the options on the menu, quality of the food, cleanliness of the restaurant and friendliness of the staff. Ordered East Wok tonight with my DoorDash app. Food came within 30 minutes, which was incredibly fast! I was notified every step of the way, when my food was made, picked up, and delivered to my door. The food was fresh and was not bad for your typical American-Chinese food. The pork fried rice lacked a bit of flavor, and they use frozen veggies to cook, there is not even an egg in it. The wonton soup I ordered came with very hard wontons, they were not soft like I am normally used to. I ended up throwing it out because the texture was weird. I ordered the honey chicken and it was delicious but definitely could use some garlic in it. Overall the food was good and satisfied my pregnancy cravings for Chinese food. read more
