Was on their site yesterday talked with one of their "sh*t talkers" (their online customer service) who was their vice president, told me "I think the order shipped". SCAM ALERT! I ordered some 9mm ammo on 07/27/21 and they immediately processed the full charge on my credit card. After not getting a receipt by email after several days, I logged into my account to see what the issue was. The product had not shipped yet. When I inquired, they sent me a preprinted response talking about how everything is backed due to COVID and the insane demand, and then stated the product would be shipped in 7-14 days, and when it did, they would send out a tracking number. Side Note, the very same night, I order some 22LR ammo from BulkAmmo.com and received it in 3-days. In any event, on the 15th day, I sent an email to cancel my order and to asked to issue an immediate refund to my credit card and to also cancel my subscription to their email advertising. The response was they could cancel but they will not issue a refund because it was a sale item (every item is a sale item there) but they would give a store credit. The place in my book is scammy. Note, all their ads state product will ship in 5-7 days. I didn't cancel until the 15th day. The broke their own delivery promise twice, both on the web-site and also their email to me, and then they refused to refund my money after lying to me twice, I have the documentation. I received an email from this sham of a company saying free shipping on all 9mm ammo when buying 1000 or more rounds. I purchased a case and then these as*hats charged my $60 shipping when I inquired I was asked to send a screenshot of the promo which I did and I was then told it should not have charged me shipping, no sh*t Sherlock. I then received another email telling me they could not complete my order because my shipping and billing address were did so I must verify my account which i refused to do until the shipping issue was fixed and I told them so. I then told them to just cancel and refund since they couldn't do their job to which I received an update that the order had shipped against their own policies as I had not verified my account info??? I was then asked if I'd like a 70 store credit or the shipping refunded to which I responded if I accepted the credit would it then incur additional shipping to which I never got an answer. I'm in the area for a few days and had to stop in and say hello. When we pulled up we were greeted at the door by one of the staff members service dogs, a curious and friendly German Sheppard! That should be enough to warrant the 5-Star review alone, but I will go on... I parked in the veteran parking spot out front and was promptly greeted when we got inside by the guy behind the counter. I spoke with him about a couple parts, which he quickly installed in a rifle and demonstrated how they work. We then spoke briefly about where I'm originally from, I picked up a t-shirt and couple AR parts, and we left. The store looks nice and they have quite a bit of stuff, and the prices didn't seem any crazier than other tactical stores. I've seen these guys all over Facebook and such, and being a trigger puller myself, I knew exactly what kind of store I was walking into. Early August I ordered 1000 rounds of 7.62x39. Received no tracking or shipping email. 6 weeks later they email me back saying due to shipping delays stuff is backed up. I understand due to the recent Russian ammo ban. I ask for store credit. A week later I receive my store credit, I order a micro red dot. Another week goes by and I get a tracking number. The day the package was to arrive nothing came. I went back to check the tracking it says it was delivered. Then I noticed the tracking they sent me was from their supplier to their shop. My order then stated complete on their website. I email them everyday for a week but get nothing but automated emails back. I finally email the customer service person that gave me a refund and send even more emails. They push the blame on the supplier. My friend ordered the same day as me and had the same issues with his ammo and response from the company. If they focused as much on their customer service as they do posting cringy videos on IG then maybe this wouldn't happen. After months of patience and repeated e-mails (I ordered in June and finally in September I gave up), I asked for my money back and they refused saying they would only issue store credit since it was an all sales final product.
