I can't really say too much about this company either bad , or good. I've only bought one item from them(a DVD) other than that I've only browsed their inventory for the most part, recently asked to see a barrel for a build. The guy who showed it to me was accommodating enough. I chose not to purchase it, upwards of $300 was a bit out of my budget. found one with the same specs online for about half the price and got a little more knocked off as a veteran's discount. Pros they offer a discount to Military, Vets and LEO etc., As good of customer service as you can expect. Cons Prices are a bit high, but hey if you want quality.....Also they seem to cater more to the Tactifool community than anyone else. I'd like to see more items for AR platforms and less apparel, though I got my eye on that M-65, just for nostalgia. read more

Very disappointed. My order was supposed to ship in 7-10 days, but it's been over a month and it still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service two weeks ago and was told they would have the warehouse prioritize my order, but nothing has changed. Now they're not responding to my messages at all. Delays happen, but poor communication and broken promises are unacceptable. I won't be ordering from this company again. read more

ONLINE BUYERS BEWARE!!! I placed a online order , order was to be shipped in 7-10 business . After 10 days I sent a e mail, & 3 days later I was given a tracking number , but was told it would take 48 to show status. After 72 hrs i sent another e mail & waited for a reply , no reply until I searched under my account & orders & saw there was no order , but the not active tracking # was listed. I sent a e mail stating I was disputing my order due to the inconsistencies & what I felt was deception , the reply was they would delay the refund , nothing supportive or indication that my order was ever shipped I think they just take the revenue and juggle peoples monies as long as they can before they have to issue a refund I'm going on 4 weeks no product no refund ,it was supposed to have shipped within two weeks . Ordered "in stock" item 7/8/26. After asking for tracking info 6 days in i was told that this item takes 7-10 business days to ship. Reached back out on 7/20 and was told it would ship 7/24. Shipping label was purchased on 7/24 and tracking number provided. As of 7/29 the shipping company had not received my package to ship. I get daily spam emails from this company 3x a day and nearly all of them advertise the same item I purchased as "in stock". Not sure if this site is a complete scam but it's certainly operated like shit. I requested a cancelation 7/29 and was told they would cancel order. Today is 8/6 and item has still not shipped and i have received no refund. I'll be calling Visa to file a claim. There are plenty of places to buy items offered by this company, save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. read more

I am not a fan at all...I have purchased bulk ammo from them twice...I am currently awaiting my 2nd (and final) order from them. It has now been 20 days since the order was paid and processed...a label was created 10 days later...that is where it has sat since, UPS has not received the package (shipping billed at $33.90), I have reached out to them after 17 days and was told: "They are working through them as quickly as possible. I was advised it will ship by the end of the week." I checked, today being the end of the business week...UPS has not received the package. This happened with my previous purchase, it ended up taking 1.5 months. I thought that I would give them another shot, since it has been a year, yet same crap, different day. Avoid this place like the Plague, if it were free shipping, I'd cut them them some slack...but paying that much to have crap service...not acceptable. CS doesn't even offer apologies or anything, I'm sure that she (or AI) is tired of taking the anger of all of the unhappy customers, with no real explanations to offer. Do yourself a huge favor- select ANYONE else, the customer service and lack of stress in trying to get your order in your hands is WELL WORTH IT! read more

Do not order online from them and expect any reasonable business response. As mentioned by others they do not answer or return phone calls or emails. They do not respond to FFL's. They do not ship at other than glacial speed. Think the sloths working at the DMV in the Zootopia movie and then reduce speed even further. read more

Bought some ammo......30+ days later still hasn't processed!! Called multiple times and got the run around of "urrrr the shipment just got here and it should be shipping out this week" Sounds like no one has a clue on what's going on in that store. No real updates or HONESTY. If you effffd up, man up to it. read more

This place is like it says in their name, "shit." They are the shittiest online company I've ever dealt with. I purchased and paid for my order, but did not receive a shipping update for several weeks. I emailed them for an update (no phone number!!!), and they said it would be another 1-2 weeks. I said no thanks, send me a refund, and they offered me a free upgrade, to which I said, ok, fine, thank you, but then another week goes by and still the upgrade doesn't ship. I inquire again, nothing for several days, which is their MO, no response for several days! I finally demand a refund, or else, and they say, do you want the order or a refund? Whatever, NO THANKS, give me my money back, I'd rather support companies that are legit, not scams, and actually respect their customers!!! Shitty waste of time and money!!! Stay away!!! read more

Holy crap this is a S*%t company. First I place my order last week and they still have not shipped it. I've tried calling several times and get a answering machine. If you don't want calls, get rid of the phone all together. Then it says if you want faster service to email them. I'm not a 12 year old little girl, I don't like text and email, that's what the phone is for. writings can be taken out of context and require several to get things done. I sent an email and guess what, they still haven't responded. I already said to cancel my order and refund my credit card since you haven't gotten around to fulfilling my order. Look at all the 1 star reviews on here. I wish I had looked before I ordered. ******DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE UNLESS YOU WAN'T PROBLEMS****** read more

I'm sure they're super busy so customer service is slow but will respond. If you order ammunition, you have to have patience. Tactial describes what they sell and Sh*t decribes their customer service, communication and follow through!!! This is the first review I have ever written but, the experience was so bad, I just had to do it. Worst online experience of my life! Same problem as others have desribed, waiting and waiting and waiting for my order. If you reached them over the phone, consider yourself lucky, I literally called 24-times, all five extensions #1 retail store, #2 firearms, #3 communication company...whatever that is, #4 receiving, #5 customer service, not one answer! Email response extremely slow or none existant. Asked them multiple times to cancel my order and then out of nowhere, I get a shipping notification (after I already bought from a different vendor). It took 18-emails +- to get it straightened out. They did eventually issue my credit but, that's a whole other story! I could easily get over the delay in getting my ammo but, the customer service was so bad, that I will never forget it!!! Buy from them at your peril! read more

Placed 2 orders with this company, they stated the product was in stock ready to ship within 10-14 business days, we'll that time has come and gone. I have emailed them several times about these orders that total $450. I was told by Rachel that my order would ship Last Friday, it did not. I tried contacting the owner with no response until I did a Google review, then the owner accused me of not being a "real customer" this place is a joke and I strongly recommend avoiding them at all cost, go to target sport, they are way better. Tactical Shit - Unanswered emails. - Outdoor Gear Near Me - St Peters, Missouri

Avoid at all costs. I ordered some plates and found out later on they're not drop rated. I cancelled the order 2 days later via their customer service email. They didn't respond for a week and finally when they did, they said they're busy but will get to my order as soon as possible. I reiterated that I want the order cancelled not that I want it shipped. They didn't respond again for another week, until the order shipped and said it's too late because they shipped. It wasn't too late when I asked for the cancellation 2 weeks before it even shipped. When I said well they need to be returned, they said their policy is no returns on armor. They don't have that policy on their website, I know because i took screen shots of their website. I've filed a fraud claim with my financial institution over their shady business practices. Just so everyone knows, this is also happening to a ton of people on Reddit, and a friend of mine locally. read more

I ordered a complete lower with... I ordered a complete lower with Franklin binary trigger installed. It was an "overstock blowout" item that had been discontinued by the manufacturer. And this was stated in the ad I ordered from. 3 weeks go by and I send an email to find the status of the order (on my account it was showing "shipped" but no tracking info. I get a reply from Rachel that the lower had been discontinued and that they weren't expecting any more shipments. So they took my money for a product they didn't have in stock and had no intention of receiving more stock? WTF?!? I asked for a refund and that's supposedly pending now. My biggest gripe is they never notified me that they didn't have the item when it was ordered or in the following 3 weeks. Wreaks of a scam! Final note: I received the refund only to have them charge me again. I had to file a complaint with my CC company to get my money back. read more

I placed my ammo order over month ago and haven't received it yet. Do not do business with them!

I wish they were more honest regarding their stated shipping times. After a total of 5 orders so far, only one order arrived within their stated time frame. In my experience, if their site says "In Stock" and "Ships in 3 to 5 days" it really means 3 to 5 weeks. I did have an email exchange with "Rachel" (Tacticalshit customer service) who stated they were extremely busy. I had one order in particular that had not shipped in 3 weeks. I reached out to see if there was a problem and was informed they were behind and trying to fill order as fast as possible. I then ordered the same product from one of their competitors and received that order in 4 days. It was nearly 5 weeks before I received my complete tactical shit order. If you need ammo for a scheduled match/event, do not rely on their stated ship times. It may be better to pay a little extra and get the item you ordered within a reasonable time. I have been told that they list items as in stock and they do not actually have in stock, that the shipping delays are due to them waiting on their next shipment of the item. I am unsure if this is true, but if you look at their reviews, there is a consistent report of delayed shipping. read more

Terrible company!! More than a month with no shipping info and not a single update. Requested a refund and they take 15% of your total even though they are the ones dropping the ball. I would give them a 0 if possible. I pre ordered a firearm in February of this year. Still no firearm 7 months later. They take no pride in the customers, and in customer service. They just keep blaming the manufacturer and telling me I got the best deal, NOT! I have found the same firearm for the same price I have all ready paid for, with getting it within 3 days, not 67 months and still waiting. Along with other people I know who have also bought the same firearm from a different distributor and have received there firearm. With that I would tell you to go somewhere else fast. Will not buy anything from them again and will let everyone know to stay away. read more

Company direct marketed advertising "now shipping immediately" to my state. I quickly placed a $1250 order to help support their cause. After dozens of emails and delays on their part they informed me they won't ship to my state and will not refund my money. Stealing $1250 from me while running this scam on my entire state. Wish I had looked up the reviews first. This place is a joke! Look them up on Yelp and there are 18 pages of "not recommended reviews". (Reviews they had removed) It has to be somebody's hobby? You look up the address on G-Earth and there is a building there, not a house, so who knows? There are far too many reputable companies around to do business with to deal the likes of this outfit. They do not answer the phone or return emails. They do have time to post crap on their FB page. It has been 30 days and my shipment that was in stock is still "currently processing" They sent a promotional email giving you a %10 discount. What I was looking for was also on sale, so I bought it. Then the website was completely jacked up and kept giving error codes. Tried for three days until they got it fixed. Placed the order and got an email conformation. Waiting to hear back form on CC company on my dispute. Life's lessons are a hard learn sometimes. read more

Purchased PMC X-TAC 5.56NATO Rifle Ammo on Jan 26, 2024. Product was listed as "In Stock" with a 2-4 Day turnaround for shipping. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 7th, no response. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 9th, and received a response on the 11th stating that they were understaffed and my order had been delayed so the company could give preference to California customers due to the injunction on ammo laws. I was told my order would ship the following week. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 15th requesting tracking. No response. Sent an email requesting status on Feb 16th requesting my order be refunded or shipped immediately. On Feb 19th I received an email with just a tracking number, no apologies for delays or explanations. I reached out to the customer service number at least 45 times for status on my order and no calls or voicemails were returned. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Not sure what they are up to, but they had no issue charging my card the day I placed this order. They advertised a 2-4 Day turnaround, and they took 21 days to ship. Incredibly poor customer service. Charged my card immediately, not at the point the goods were shipped. Honestly, the biggest burn here is the blatantly misleading information they provided coupled with them having no issue telling me that California orders placed after mine had become a priority. Sorry, if you live in California, that's your choice but this company seems to think that they are doing the world a favor by pandering to customers in that state. I highly suspect that this company takes and charges people for orders until they have enough cash to make bulk discount orders to the manufacturers they represent. Not a problem if you honestly communicate that to customers, but the advertising is a complete lie. My opinion of this company is that they are in fact SH*T, just as advertised. Apparently being a "Tactical Operator" doesn't convey at all into being able to run a legit business. There are lots of companies out there that value customer business, I learned the hard way this time that saving $20 is not worth dealing with a garbage company. read more

These folks and their customer service rep Rachel are garbage. Canceled my order nearly immediately after checking out after hearing the nightmare stories of poor quality and slow shipping. What do they do days after sending my cancelation? They send me a bogus shipping invoice saying they cannot cancel the order because it shipped. Mind you, I checked the tracking with UPS who confirmed they had nothing in their possession. They knew the product was garbage, and then lied to attempt to get the sale. Here it's now 23 April and I still haven't received even a shipment tracking email. TS purports to be too busy to quickly respond to customers (ships 600 - 700 cases of ammo a day? I doubt it.) but I have business with many other suppliers which are much bigger and better known and they have highly responsive and effective customer service.
