Nothing. Ghosted. Sees the posting removed on Indeed/Linkedin, wherever. I guess they filled it? I wonder where I failed? End scene. It's shocking to me because you, HR Manager or Manager, are members of the community and are people just like us. Now, this post is not to defame you, because you are humans too- and you forget things and tend to avoid conflict. ~But please consider~ People often have to make plans WELL in advance to go to your interview.
