I visit mainly for my own range time and to shop in the ProShop, and the experience has always been consistently positive. As a firearms instructor, I often have students asking where they should go after completing their basic training. WBA is one of the first places I mention. I do not receive anything for sending people here. I recommend it because it has been solid every single time I've walked through the door. The retail side is one of the strongest parts of this business. The ProShop is spacious, clean, and well organized with a good flow into the ammunition room. There is always plenty to look at -- firearms, holsters, parts, accessories, and gear. The staff are approachable and willing to answer questions without hovering or trying to push a sale. Ammunition is usually well stocked, including bulk options that many shooters appreciate. White Birch also has a full lineup of training classes taught by their own instructors. While I have not taken their classes personally, it is helpful to know they offer structured training for people who want to continue building skills. The range itself is run very well. It is clean, climate-controlled, and maintained regularly. As an NRA Certified Chief Range Safety Officer with many years of experience on different ranges, I notice the details that matter: attentive and professional RSOs, orderly lanes, backers replaced when needed, and a check-in process that moves quickly. It creates a safe and comfortable environment for both new and experienced shooters. Something worth mentioning is the feedback I hear from my own students. Over the years, plenty of them have reached out after visiting White Birch to tell me how much they liked it, whether they were renting a firearm for the first time, buying gear, or just getting some practice in. Hearing that repeatedly says a lot about the consistency of the experience here. Whether you want to try out a firearm before making a purchase, pick up equipment, or spend time on a clean indoor range, White Birch Armory is a great place to go. They've earned their reputation by running things professionally and treating people well.

Every visit has been positive, and it is clear that this is a place built on strong values and a genuine commitment to the community. Renaissance Firearms is veteran owned and run by Buddy Hackett and Devon St. Cyr, both former Marines from different eras. Their background shows in how the business operates. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is respectful, and the entire shop reflects a sense of responsibility and integrity. The indoor range is clean, well maintained, and professionally managed. As a firearms instructor and Chief Range Safety Officer, I pay close attention to how a range is operated, and their safety procedures are solid. It is a place where I feel comfortable sending new shooters because the environment is structured and taken seriously. I stopped by one of their yard sale events a couple of years ago and had the chance to meet Buddy. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in the people coming through the door. That interaction left a strong impression of the kind of leadership behind the business. Renaissance Firearms offers a lot under one roof including retail sales, gunsmithing, cerakote work, engraving, training programs, and a modern indoor range. They stay active in the local community and support veterans in meaningful ways. This is a shop that blends professionalism, integrity, and community values. They have earned my respect, and I will continue recommending them to my students. Highly recommended.

I'll try to keep this brief but the shadiness is extensive with this company!! DO NOT ORDER…read moreONLINE!!!!!!! I Purchased from the site called Dollar Guns and Ammo which is affiliated with TDS . I cannot speak to the experience you might have in store but they will never answer the phone and only communicate via email if you have a problem with your order and I guarantee that you will. First and foremost they shipped ammunition illegally over the state lines from New Hampshire to Massachusetts and never had a prompt online to confirm LTC or FID cards... super, super sketchy. Second they failed to communicate with my FFL and when I asked to cancel my order they refused and told me I could get store credit or had to pick up my order in store which is three hours away. There is no mention anywhere on the website nor in the confirmation emails of any stipulations regarding canceled orders or refunds. Basically they backed me into a corner and I had to be a jerk in order to get my refund and then tried to play the store credit game again over the shipping fees. At the same time a fellow coworker was having similar issues with her order she was told she would receive her refund within 7 to 10 business days and I was told I would receive my refund in 10 to 14 business days because they were just so busy. In the end I had to contact my bank and notify them of a possible fraud as well as the Better Business Bureau and the ATF. When I emailed them about contacting the ATF, BBB and my bank, I got a refund back in five days flat with $6.72 missing from it. I still have not received any word as to why I did not get my full refund. I guess $6.72 is the price of not reading these reviews prior to making the purchase, hope this helps others avoid the same mistake I did.

On Friday 3/5 Jennifer called to ask when I was coming in to get my stuff. If I wasn't genuinely concerned that they would attempt to claim that they were abandoned I'd have ignored that call as well. Went yesterday (3/6) a full month after originally filling out my 4473 and Pete had the gall to tell me he tried calling me a bunch of times. Moreover, the poor chump in front of me was told in order to buy a single box of 9mm that he also had to buy an Uncle Mike's holster. And the guy actually did it!
