He then suggested I come to their showroom to hear the various speaker options. He offered to show me a short movie in their theater as well, and I immediately thought I wanted the same thing in my house! Andy was great to work with on what would work best in the room. He was always willing to exchange emails or talk on the phone for however long it took to make sure I was comfortable with the decisions we made for the room. Andy made some excellent suggestions for laying out the room as well. He really knows his stuff. The actual installation itself was nearly flawless, and of high quality. All of the people we worked with at the company were very friendly too. When we had a small issue with the project bouncing when people walked on the floor above, they didn't hesitate to spend time coming back out and adjusting the mount. The cost for the whole project was a bit more expensive than other quotes I had gotten, but I got a very good impression that AV Experience would do a clean, professional job on the project - and they did.
