Even though I hadn't ever walked into their shop, they didn't even know who I was, and I had not bought anything from them at that time... they still treated me with the utmost respect. Because of this awesome interaction, I've been saving up to pick up my dream pistol, and I WILL be ordering through Private Sector Arms. Not just because of their respectful, and knowledgeable service reps... but the fact that they are an authorized dealer for many manufacturers including Magnum Research, and Kimber (if memory serves me right). If they place the order, you can save on an FFL transfer fee as you would occur if you purchase a gun off gunbroker...etc. Also, their added integrity, knowing that they inspect each and every firearm thoroughly when a shipment arrives... rest assured your firearm will come out looking fresh.
