They are one of the largest clearance stores in the state and have a HUGE selection of shoes and clothing. At first, because the store is so big, it can be a wee bit overwhelming; but once you get the lay of the land it's easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Plus, if you do any questions or wonderings, the staff have always been eager and willing to help. Being a clearance store, you don't always know what you're going to find and they don't always have everything that you might particularly want, but that's part of the fun and excitement about going there ... you never know what you're gonna find!! There is a large selection of men's, women's, and kid's items and you can't beat the prices - marked considerably lower than actual retail prices. Do note that because it's a clearance store there are NO returns or exchanges. So, be sure to try on everything that you're considering buying. As many people know, Nike makes exceptionally high-quality products and they can be very costly. If you want to find Nike items at a more affordable price, then be sure to go and check out the Nike Clearance Store at the Centralia Outlets! The service, selection, and prices are great. You won't be disappointed!!

Shopping in Centralia, Washington…read more.. We were at the Centralia Outlets when my niece said she wanted to go to the Columbia Clearance Store. I drove the car over and parked easily. I'm not really familiar with the Columbia brand. My niece has a jacket already and wanted a sun shirt. She had tried her friend's shirt and said it works better than sunscreen... because sunscreen doesn't stay on skin that perspires... okay... Maybe I will try one, too... It seemed lightweight, but durable. The long sleeved shirt had a vent in the back. It also had a flap that could hold up the long sleeves when rolled up. So... yes... We both got sun shirts from the Clearance section of the store. It still seemed on the pricey side to me. Service was very helpful and efficient. When I was offered a shopping bag, I asked if it was free. The clerk said she'd make it free for me! Thank you!

We shop here for most of our kiddos sports equipment every season. Each time, we hope the…read moreexperience will be different because going to Olympia is both far away and typically more expensive. Every time, every season we are challenged with not just bad customer service, it's absolutely horrible. This time, the straw that broke the camel's back and reason for me finally getting frustrated enough to post a review, we were shopping for soccer gear. I had to go to the front counter and ask three times for help because the pricing of items was very misleading. This seems to be a theme frankly, we had a similar issue during baseball and football too. They have a sale price listed and countless items stocked on that shelf but tell you at the counter that it is full priced. Total bait and switch and it's just plain wrong. When I expressed my concern about to the manager, Yolanda, she jumped into berating us (kids and all) to "inform" that it isn't their job to make sure they are stocked right or that the pricing is correct (really?? Isn't that EXACTLY what your job is?) We are the ones that need to be more educated in her eyes. You can't make this stuff up. This is also very hard to do when there were no prices on many of the items we were looking at other than the sale sign. This was the reason we asked for assistance in the first place while in the aisle so many times to try and understand the utter insanity of their stocking setup. When we did get "help" 20 mins later an employee named Heather also yelled at my kids and I stating she had been there the whole time and that we need not have waited; we tried in a dozen shoes and no one was present. It's a very small area, we'd have noticed her ;) Anyway, moral of the story is that we will no longer be returning. Don't care if it costs more, we'll go to Oly. If anyone of consequence in management or leadership reads this please note this, we have heard the same thing from other team parents that share the same experience. Something there just isn't right and it has to be a company or local store culture thing to be this far reaching and long lasting. Consumers are getting smarter and not willing to put up with poor service, bait and switch, and plain mean people. Do something about it please!

I've never felt so uncomfortable. As soon as I hit the tool department I felt like I kicked a hornets nest. Being swarmed by associates, I think I even had a secret shopper surveilling me. Look, I understand shoplifting is A problem. I understand Milwaukee tools are a giant red target for said problem. But if you want to shop in peace you may consider going to Homedepot. Their theft issues are FAR greater I assure you but they will give you a crisp high five out the door paying customers or not. They are scammers! We stopped by and asked for a shoe size the didn't have at the shelves but they…read moresaid they can ship it to us. When we were about to check out, the cashier said if we get a second pair, the second pair will be 50% off. So we went around and looked for the second pair happy about the deal. When paying, she switched the shoes to scan from and I asked her which pair will be half off to which she said NOTHING! We paid and TRUSTED her billing skills. Days later when we finally get the package on the mail, we found out they shipped us the wrong shoes and a different size. We proceeded to call the store and let them know their mistake to which their answer was "come back to the store and return the wrong package." Mind you this store is about 1 hour away from us and we have to plans to go there anytime soon. The person over the phone added: on top of retuning the wrong shoes you can buy the shoes you wanted online. So why they said they can order the shoes on their system to be shipped on our behalf at the store only to send us the wrong item? The bigger lie was to make us buy a second pair "half off" and end up buying them online at home anyways since they don't have it at the store. I did asked her today, why when we were at the store they said they can order the shoes from us at the store and now she says they can't do that. It that wasn't enough I let her know we are taking a flight today and have to time to drive there and do the return face to face and I asked how long we have to fix this? To which she said "bring the wrong shipped shoes to the city you are flying too." Is this person even thinking about all the screwed up they did and are so out of reality like we have unlimited space in our luggage to bring unnecessary items to our trip. To make matters worst, when I saw the receipt, guess what, they didn't even applied the 50% off the second pair. They charged full price. On top of that the, shoes were supposed to arrive to our home yesterday before our trip as she assured it will arrive by then as I told her we had a trip. it didn't and when finally did, it was the wrong item. Be careful of these scammers! They lie and are so uncaring about your needs when buying shoes from them. I wish they hired people with a sense of empathy and care.
