Then, when they finally sent tracking information, the owner realized afterwards that his company shipped an NFA item without a Form 3. Never seen anything like this from an legitimate FFL. UPDATE: In response to my review, the owner still does not take any responsibility for his streak of mishaps. Instead, he shifts the blame to his own staff. Staff that simply followed his poorly executed direction. Dont make the same mistake I did. I should've known right off the bat when the owner couldn't get the model number right despite multiple emails or when he responded with information completely unrelated to the inquiry (as if he was emailing the wrong person). Don't get it twisted. The staff did everything they could to rectify the situation. The wrecking ball was entirely the owner. Plenty of other FFLs out there with at least a basic level of professionalism. Buyer beware.

I'm not really familiar with the Columbia brand. My niece has a jacket already and wanted a sun shirt. She had tried her friend's shirt and said it works better than sunscreen... because sunscreen doesn't stay on skin that perspires... okay... Maybe I will try one, too... It seemed lightweight, but durable. The long sleeved shirt had a vent in the back. It also had a flap that could hold up the long sleeves when rolled up. So... yes... We both got sun shirts from the Clearance section of the store. It still seemed on the pricey side to me. Service was very helpful and efficient. When I was offered a shopping bag, I asked if it was free. The clerk said she'd make it free for me! Thank you!

The person over the phone added: on top of retuning the wrong shoes you can buy the shoes you wanted online. So why they said they can order the shoes on their system to be shipped on our behalf at the store only to send us the wrong item? The bigger lie was to make us buy a second pair "half off" and end up buying them online at home anyways since they don't have it at the store. I did asked her today, why when we were at the store they said they can order the shoes from us at the store and now she says they can't do that. It that wasn't enough I let her know we are taking a flight today and have to time to drive there and do the return face to face and I asked how long we have to fix this? To which she said "bring the wrong shipped shoes to the city you are flying too."
