To be honest this spot came through so many times after a night of too many drinks and needing something to come back to life. Their tacos de burrito are so good and the tortilla is kind of fried, sirven bien doraditos los tacos, so they don't fall apart when you dip them in the consomé (broth). What I used to do was get a few tacos and a larger order of consomé and then use that broth to make ramen with and omg, so good! lol it was the gift that kept on giving. Can't wait to go back. They usually have tables as well so you're able to enjoy your meal while it's hot and go on your way.

The pastor wasn't my favorite but the asada was solid. My absolute favorite was the birria! The consume was outstanding. I drank everything that was left over after dipping my taco into it. I ordered online and my food was ready FAST! The person who handed me my order was super friendly. I was happy to see they included lots of salsa on the side with my order. There was plenty of parking when I came by to pick up my order so the whole process was seamless. I would definitely order from here again in the future especially if I am craving birria tacos!

I frequent this taco truck between Thursdays and Sundays and each time I go I never have any issues. Had my first experience with cabeza there and fell in love. Their Asada is very flavorful and perfectly cooked. They're very hygienic for a food truck that does outdoor prep, and I love that you can get toppings for yourself and put it on how you like it. 10/10! read more
