Along with the cabeza, I also ordered tacos de bistec and a tostadas de bistec. Personally, I like fat (haha) so I appreciated their bistec. I suppose I got lucky that the cut of meat I got was a good ratio of the meat and fat. It was so flavorful and it made me crave for a piece of that, sliced onions, and rice with that flavor! This is a solid taco truck experience that delivers practically all night and is always fresh and hot. I usually stick to the vegetarian items, so I can't speak to the rest of the menu. I am obsessed with their tostadas. I could be a complete pig and eat 5 on taste, but order 2 and a veggie taco and am totally satisfied. Sometimes I just eat the tostadas.
