This review is for the drop-off service for Tacos on Fire. We first found them through an open house out of all places lol. I had a chance to speak to Chef Javier, who mentioned each batch of meat takes 4-5 hours to finish. He hand-trims everything so there's minimal gristle. It's a labor of love and he really takes pride in his cooking. Every bite is really bursting with flavor! No fillers here, just good, juicy, top-notch tacos. :) I've tried all three of their meat offerings, and everything has been amazing! They're also very generous with the condiments as well and have a delicious guacamole. The medium spicy salsa is actually spicy and has really nice roasted flavor, which was a pleasant surprise. I wish I could just get that salsa on tap because it is that good!!! read more
