Had Solo Tacos cater an event for us yesterday and had a great experience. Working with Fernando was an easy process and he's very communicative the entire way. The price quoted was in line with our budget for 30 guests. It was easy to make a deposit to confirm the event and I appreciated being a label to pay a small deposit with balance due day of. We booked back in February and when we figured out it was going to rain we were worried about food service but the team (Carlos and Silvana) were on time, got set up quickly and had the food ready when it was asked to be done. They were so friendly and helpful to all our guests. The pastor quesadillas were the talk of the party! We only paid for an hour of food service and would probably do 2 hours next time. Fernando made the process very simple and was super flexible when we needed to add additional people at the last minute. We also order fresh guacamole, a Mexican Caesar salad, horchata and a pineapple spinach Agua Fresca that were also delicious.
