I threw a party for about 40 people and David and Alex with Pizza 900 absolutely killed it! This was by far the best catering experience I've ever experienced. All I did was open the gate for them and they took care of the rest. They cranked out every pizza on the menu, took all special requests, and knocked those out too. They had a great setup with every topping you could imagine. Pizza's were great. I wish I had these guys on staff at my house to make pizzas every day. Another great evening with Eric and the crew at Pizza900 Catering. We first had a taste at a nephew's 40th and really liked the pizza. When it came time for my daughters rehearsal dinner- an outdoor patio and pool party- we immediately thought of them again. They arrived early, set up the oven and the prep/serving tables and got to work. Rave reviews from all of our guests. I was hired by At Your Service to bartend/serve a party for a 16th birthday party last week. The catering that was hired for this party was Pizza 900. It was my first time ever hearing about this company and I was quite impressed with the quality of the food and detail the chefs put into everything that was provided. They provided all the party rentals as well which is also very nice because the person who hired them didn't have to go through the hassle of having to contact another company. The appetizers that were provided at the party were: 1. Grilled Asparagus: Asparagus wrapped with baby swiss and prosciutto, topped with Chef Emilio's seasonings. 2. Bruschetta: Fresh Roma Tomato, Sundried tomato, roasted garlic, and basil served on top of toasted baguette. 3. Stuffed Mushrooms: stuffed with a 3 cheese blend, artichoke, and sundried tomato - all three were great! For the salad option they had Caesar Salad: Fresh romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese , olive oil, Italian caesar dressing, croutons, Sea salt, and crushed black pepper. I went home wanting more! For the main courses: They had Filet and 2 different kinds of pasta and roasted veggies. I was only able to try one of the pastas. The filet was the first thing they ran out of... I guess it was that good. The pasta I was able to try was the bowtie pasta with alfredo sauce and chicken. That was really good.... But wait! The name of the company is Pizza 900... where's the pizza? What a tease! When I got home that night, I looked them up and saw they were going to be at the OCC Swap Meet the next day. I love pizza and had to try them out. I found them in the far left corner... I swear I heard angels singing as soon as I saw their booth or maybe it was the lack of sleep since I only had just a few hours of sleep. It was pretty early and there were a lot of people chowin down on their handmade, wood fired pizzas. Yes, I had pizza for breakfast and it was delicious! I spoke with Chef Ari and he was very helpful and so nice! I ordered the Pepperoni aka The Americano: Imported Italian peeled tomatoes hand crushed, sliced pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, Extra virgin olive oil, Sea salt, fresh basil, and parmesan cheese - wow... I kinda wanted to take one home too. Hubby ordered Leo's Mexican Pizza... but they didn't have all the ingredients so Chef Ari created one for him. He loved it... there were sundried tomatoes on it, which he absolutely doesn't like, but liked it! Chef Ari also mentioned that they don't add any sugar or fillers in their dough so you won't get that heavy feeling after eating the pizza. He was right! I ate my whole pizza, which was just the right amount. I left feeling satisfied without that "I-ate-too-much feeling. Now I just have to wait and look forward to the OCC Swap meet this weekend. Don't get me wrong. I love the OCC Swap Meet (ghetto swap meet), but now I love it even more! If you happen to stumble across them at a swap meet or farmer's market, don't pass them. Give them a try. Watch out for WOOD CHIPS in your pizza. I didn't see it in my pizza (It was melted in the cheese and sauce). Chomped down and OUCH. An employee happened to walk by when it happened. I asked him what it was and that's when he said it was a WOOD CHIP. I asked him how it happened. He said it happens when the wood crackles in the oven. Sometimes pieces pop off. I asked if it happens often and he said it happens. As far as the pizza, it was ok but given the wood chip, I don't see myself going back :( read more

These fine gentlemen came to cater my Christmas party, and easily gave us a 5 star experience. They arrived early to set up tables, chairs and a special portable brick oven. By the time our Christmas luncheon started, pizzas began to disappear almost as quickly as they were being made! One chef was chopping ingredients while another tossed pizza dough in the air like a seasoned pro. All the toppings were extremely fresh including homemade sauce and cheese! When everyone was full and content, they offered the remaining pizzas (Plenty to go around!) in to-go pizza boxes. Right before they left, they even cleaned up after everyone. I've never had this type of experience brought right to me before. I could just imagine how well these guys would do at a football party, or children's birthday party. The attention to detail is unheard of. Fresh homemade dough. Fresh homemade mozzarella. Freshly crushed tomatoes for the homemade sauce. Fresh meats, vegetables and spices. Get the idea? The pizza is cooked perfectly in about 90 seconds! It is thin crust but not super thin - The edges of the crust puff up just the right amount and the rest of the crust is golden brown and exactly what you would want in a pizza. If you've never had homemade mozzarella you're missing out. This is what separates the men from the boys. You'll never want the shrink-wrapped stuff again. One last thing that deserves mentioning - thick cut dry Italian salami - unreal... The guys running this business are awesome. Truly professional, kind and courteous. It's obvious they have a huge passion for what they are doing and it shows when they're cooking. Just hired these guys for my daughter's birthday party and I am glad I did. These guys are professionals in every since of the word. Ari was uber reliable. I could always reach him when I needed to and if he was out of town, he would point me in the right direction. What I appreciated the most were the small things. For example, I had a small last minute change for Ari and I spoke to him on his cell. In my experience 9 times out of 10 the vendor doesn't talk with his office about the change and things fall through the crack. Paranoid, I called the office the next day and sure enough, Ari had communicated my change to his people. That's attention to detail in my opinion. As for the day of the event, the guys came when they said they would. They found the best place to set up shop and they simply took care of business. It was like we we had used them 100 times before. They just did their thing and I didn't hear a single peep from anyone. The few times I talked with them, they were all super nice and professional. I overheard one of the workers let out a choice word when moving the equipment around (no big deal in my opinion as I probably would have done the same), but Shawn told him to watch his language. Again, to me it's the little things that make a difference. It just shows that they take their business VERY seriously and care about the customer. Oh yeah, the pizza was a hit, but that's sort of expected given the other reviews. Price is obviously more than your customary taco person, but I would not hesitate to use Pizza900 again or recommend them to any one. read more

Absolutely amazing. Great people who work there and they really care about their customers. They make it a point to remember you and what you have ordered in the past. The quality of the food is outstanding. Great flavors. I had the First, which is a premade style pizza and it was awesome and I will definitely get it again. My bf, he always gets the jimmy which is whatever the chef thinks up for that day with specialty ingredients but be careful they are known to be for the superior pallet. Been here three times. Margarita pie and had one with arugula and dates. The crust has very nice flavor and the sauce is tangy. Two complaints . I always ask for it well done and it never is . I even begged them please burn it for me. and I got a cannoli . Not good , no flavor and it the shell was soft. I will say the owner did try to steer me to another dessert. Oh well. Ari and his team at Pizza 900 were INCREDIBLE! My husband and I used them for our wedding on May 20th 2017. They showed up early and made sure to not disturb the wedding ceremony while they set up. Their stations looked clean and professional, and the employees were kind, and very personable. Ari even found me to say goodbye and thank you after their service was over. After the response I got from this guy Ari, I will definitely NOT be returning and would like to drop my rating to a negative if I could. STEAR CLEAR OF THE ASS RUNNING THIS PLACE! In my review, I stated that I would rather pay $10 for a Costco Pizza to feed my entire family rather than $10 a pizza per person, that statement had nothing to do with the quality, rather the price you pay per person, especially with Piology down the street doing the same gimmic for a fraction of the price. I have worked at 4 different pizza restaurants in my life time and I know how to make a quality pizza from scratch, but a burnt pizza is a burnt pizza! Ari, I would say the one thing your pizza had that WAS good was the cheese, but the dough was dry and lacking flavor. The olive oil made it messy, but did improve the flavor of the boring dough. I DID asked if there was a kids pizza and the cashier said there wasn't. She said I should just make one of the personal pizzas that start at $10! Your rude response back saying they don't start at $10 is a flat out lie! I would have expected an apologized for my bad experience, but instead u decided to blamed the staff, that I'm sure you hired, for not doing a good job at guiding me through the menu. I came in at 1pm on a Saturday with only 2 other people in the building and took a good 5 minutes to look over the entire menu. Its not the untrained staff causing me not to come back, it was the rude response I received from Ari, the lack of an apology, for being over charged, and the quality just isn't worth it. Beware raters: if u give ur own opinion this guy Ari will give u an essay on why ur a fat American and have no taste in food. I will let everyone I know to steer clear of this place.
