All of the young women working there were cheerful and eager to ensure that customers had everything they needed. It's an old-timey restaurant you might not even find if you stayed on the freeway and didn't cruise old Route 66. When I gave my debit card, she said it would take a while to process. She later came back and said their system was down. Then the manager came out and asked for the food back, claiming my card was declined. I explained that the employee had already told me their system was down, so that didn't make sense. The situation escalated and the manager even threatened to call the police. At that point, I returned the food and left. I later contacted customer service and filed a complaint. This was very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. I hope this location improves how they treat customers.
