It all tasted like it was cooked in tap water, dirty tap water. A huge deal breaker for me. The food was prepared slowly, and we waited for 15 minutes, which is a long time for only two plates. The people were friendly, the price is right, but the quality of the food was not good at all. Freshness counts, and if the food tastes like dirty tap water, then stay away from this place. Better to try other birria spots here in Palmdale as this was the worst birria tacos I've ever had. I really wish I could give it two stars but it does not deserve it. Hope this was helpful. The food quality was very high, the two large tacos pictured below had so much meat that I used the second tortilla to make another taco, I ordered the carne asada that had solid flavor but I was very excited by the flavor of the Al pastor meat, it had great classic flavor and a light char, it was amazing, it was just like my mom made it. My dad ordered the combo, same thing, every item as made from scratch, same for my brothers carne asada, my tacos and my dads meal came with vinegared veggies, jalapenos and two salsa types, one mid and one that had a nice spice level. I sent a message on Instagram (as we learned that getting a hold of anyone on the phone is impossible) to see if we misunderstood something or to get to the bottom of it. The message I sent was read but we never got a response and they FOLLOWED me on Insagram The combination of being lied too about something that triggers a serious medical condition plus being ignored is simply offensive.
