Love, love, love this place! Their menu is allergen labeled, and if you have any questions their online allergen menu has everything listed super clearly!! Our food was delicious and service was fast!! Lots of gluten free and dairy free offerings!! We got the rice bowl, the Mexico City chicken taco on corn tortilla, the spacecity taco (w no queso fresca) on corn tortilla, rice and beans (which was fire), and dairy free almond horchata!!! They have dairy free horchata and it tastes like a honey bun!! It's so yummy and not overly sweet!! The aesthetic of the place is super cool too! Not crazy expensive either. Money hungry. Been coming here for years, why do the $5 tacos get smaller and smaller, came in today to grab a couple from the "To-Go" area at the front. The tacos were the size of my thumb. Super busy as always but the whole crew always moving as fast as bees and serving food with a smile. Even in the chaos making sure the tables are clean when one opens up. BARRY, the mgr, IS the current PROBLEM: I am an educator and a frequent "flyer" of Tacodeli for 5+ years. When I came on March 25, 2026 at 11:57 am, I vehemently requested "no onions.". My order was confirmed by the station number 7726534 with the clerk. When I checked my order, I not only found onions, but I picked up the onions and showed them to the clerk. Since I showed that person (clerk) who told me that "there would not be onions on the to- go order," I'm not upset with the cashier. I'm hurt, and I am infuriated because, I firmly requested, no onions. As an industry/education supporter, why wouldn't you get the order correct? When I asked for a mgr, I was met with Barry. Since I reqestered the mgr, Barry, I had to share my concerns as a patron. I was unfamiliar with the sharp tongue and cold response to patron. I asked for clarity b/c teachers deserve to get the order correct. People make mistakes and if ANYONE understands, the teachers that had onions added to their orders do. When I returned a few days later, the manager, Barry, told me that, " Don't come back because I wasn't welcomed." I asked why. I asked what did I do to make this happen when all I wanted was to get what we paid for and to move forward. Final Q: Barry, how can you ever lead a space, organization, or location if you don't listen to the patrons who work, live, and frequent the zip code? I went 5 years ago but it was at an old location when I worked in Dallas. I was obsessed with the bean and cheese burrito. It was black beans and cheese mixed perfectly together and a flour tortilla that was very authentic like my mom's. The green salsa was my favorite to dip in. Ahhh! I missed those breakfast tacos. Great service, excellent tacos, and numerous vegan/vegetarian options! I can't believe I've lived in Texas so many years without hearing about Tacodeli. As a vegetarian it's sometimes challenging to find taco restaurants that have more than one or two vegan/vegetarian options. My husband had been raving about this place for a while now and we finally got the opportunity to eat lunch here together. The inside of the restaurant is pretty spacious with tables spread out just enough to feel comfortable and not bump into others. They also had outdoor seating but it was literally 100 degrees outside so we opted to sit indoors. We were lucky we arrived at 11:30 because we were able to walk up and order right away but by 12 there was a crazy long line! We only waited about 10 mins before our food came out, so that was awesome. I ordered the Blue Plate with a Puerco Verde taco (my husband's recommendation), the Sabrosita Barbacoa taco and Mexican rice and refried beans as the sides. Well, the husband was right... The pork taco was AMAZING. I will come back several times for that alone! Can I give 6 stars? TacoDeli is THE best, if not tied for the best, tacos in Texas. The creativity and flavors of TacoDeli tacos are unmatched. Even their salads are incredible- with the Serrano lime vinegarette being my personal favorite. They don't shy away from spicy and I could eat their Dońa sauce with a spoon. Just happened upon this place today when in the area. I ordered a breakfast taco online for pickup & it was ready in 10 minutes. When I got there it was waiting for me at the grab & go. I got the Otto which had beans, bacon & avocado. It was delicious! The medium salsa was also great & a perfect spice level for me. My best friend has been raving about Tacodeli for ages. She finally got me to tag along on a recent trip into Dallas. We stopped in on a Monday around lunchtime. Even near the beginning of the week, their taco game was going strong and the place was packed. I ordered the taco special of the day and the fish taco. Both were delicious and my mouth is watering remembering it. We also shared chips and salsa (the green one). Really excellent starters, and they made me want to come back and get the rest some time! Then we split the ahi tuna tostadas and the crab avocado tostadas, which come 2 per order. Hugo O. came over to ask if we were sharing and helpfully had them plated one each per plate so we could eat them more easily, and also brought over a chili pequín hot sauce to complement the tostadas. They were so good! I'll be dreaming about both the tostadas and the pequín sauce for a while. The ahi tuna was super fresh and went so well with the accompaniments, and the crab didn't get lost in the other flavors on that tostada. The crisp tortillas underneath also held up really well to each bite; I'm so used to tostadas shattering upon first taste but the structural integrity of Hugo's were super impressive. For our main we split the fish of the day, which was seared Hokkaido scallop atop a bed of corn risotto. This also came pre-split into two bowls so we didn't have to do it ourselves, which was a super nice touch. The scallops were cooked to perfection, super soft and tender with an incredible crust, and the corn risotto was super creamy and savory. Almost a little too salty for me with the amount of cheese, but still so good I almost licked the bowl clean. Seriously good food here - sad it's a bit of a trek from where I live but I can't wait to come back to try more of the menu!

This was the first meal I've been this excited about since i discovered otaru sushi...but other than that can't think of any other places where the food blew my mind and made my eyes roll back in my head.
