Large hole in the wall tacos. Al pastor tacos $4 each and packed with meat and very flavorful. After ordering, the food comes out fast. No seating but standing counter tables to eat only. Probably one of the best taco in NyC.

Looking for something different on a late Saturday night, and this spot was pretty lively. Basic storefront with a menu up top and an awning to wait while your order comes out. Options are mostly based on tostadas and tacos, with some other Mexican standbys. Settled on the Al Pastor Burrito ($10) and a Pollo Taco ($4). Food comes out within a few minutes, packed well in containers. Are the taco on the walk back. Good tortilla and basic ingredients inside. Burrito has a lot of flavor, and the meat inside is plentiful (not just rice). Perfect with some hot sauce. No fuss place and better than the trucks nearby. Definitely worth going if needing a late night bite.

Delicious super filling mexican food just a couple stops from Mets Stadium. I used to go to Taco Veloz years ago and decided to visit recently after visiting the US Open. Just as good as I remember. They have lots of different toppings and a pretty thorough selection of tacos, tortas (sandwiches), and burritos. The service is fast and friendly. Eating in means standing and eating at the counter which is perfect for late night with some friends. The tacos slap. The only change I would make is for fresh tortillas. Also watch out for the hot sauce. Its legit hot.

Still on the hunt for the best tacos Went here on a late weekday night. I was one of only a few customers that was waiting outside. They do have good tacos but I wish they didn't reheat meats on the grill. It would have been so much better if it was fresh. However still good nonetheless, I recommend going on a weekend or maybe Friday night when there are more customers so you can get fresh meat and not reheated on the grill. Nonetheless still good tacos, also they serve it with good hot sauce and limes. Also they have a good horchata too 4 stars

I beat the crowd and ordered my 12 tacos before others came after me so my order took up most of the grill. Service was fast, food was delicious and that red sauce was since it was making me sweat. Got the Al pastor, carnita, pollo and bistec. I can pass the pollo next time but everything else was good. $4 each taco!

How have I missed out on these 24 hour tacos until now!?!? The variety of available tacos is incredible. Is there anything missing off the menu that you could possible want on a taco? Everything is made super fast and comes out super hot with Cilantro and Onions on request. On a recent visit, I tried the Spicy Chicken, Al Pastor, Goat Tacos, Carnitas and Pollo Tacos. All the meats were tender were with the goat tacos being my favorite. There's not much room to stand and eat. Actually there is really no room to stand and eat. If you are able squeeze out what little counter space is available, be prepared to eat quickly. Traffic in this neighborhood is just short of a nightmare and parking is always tight. Visiting on foot is recommended. If in a hurry, call ahead!

The best tacos north of San Francisco Tetlahnocan, Tlaxcala, Mexico. These are real Mexican tacos. Amazing.

Great tacos/burritos in the area. The best by far. You must try. They have increased their prices pre-pandemic (didn't they all), but would still get my tacos here.

    Tongue and steak tacos.

Don't be turned off from coming here just because it isn't a sit down restaurant. This taco stand delievers simple tacos to eat on the street or on the go. The meat is flavorful and moist. I had the tongue chicken and steak taco. It was t h.g e perfect sn az vi to hold me over for until dinner. The hot sauce was very spicy. They are not playing wh ed n it comes to that. Soon after I ordered the stand became very crowded. It's pretty good quality for the price tag. They also have Mexican sodas which are refreshing to have with your meal. Mera's Tip: watch out for that hot sauce. It's no joke!

Love their taco! Authentic and meaty! Beef and trips tacos are off the hook. Especially their tripa taco is so tasty and unique but a bit salty though.

We came from Manhattan to try these tacos and to say the least, they definitely had good tacos! I think they had many options and were good sized but the only great things about the taco were the meat. The tortilla did not really compliment the meat as they are store bought and not hand made there at the restaurant. The food came out quick and the people were super nice letting us eat there as well. The place was under the train tracks a little so it was loud as the trains past by. Overall decent spot, would still recommend.

$3 per taco with 10-12 options to choose from. They are generous with the chopped meat grilled with onions and cilantro... and you can have at it at the sauce and condiments bar. But if you took to-go like I did, they give plenty of green sauce, red sauce and radicchio slices. Wow o wow, in order of Best to good: 1. Goat (Chivo) 2. Compechano (chorizo & beef) 3. Al pastor 4. Bistec 5. Tongue 6. Carnitas 7. Tripa We will so be back for the rest of the menu. It doesn't surprise me there's always a short wait here even when it's 24/7 or close to. Amazing prices for incredible flavors.

All their locations have pretty good ratings so I can't really go wrong. Came around 11am on a weekend and it was busy but there were tables available. The tables are arranged pretty strategically to fit as many as possible, which isn't the best for comfort. The service is nice here. The menu is in Spanish but they do have an English menu if you scan a QR code. I ordered the craken taco, costra taco, verde aguachile mixtos, a half dozen grilled shrimps, a la exotica, and guac with fried octopus. Everything was delicious! This place did not disappoint. Although, next time I'd probably skip the Craken taco and verde aguachile even though these two are a top recommendation. My favorite dish was probably the grilled shrimp. The way they grill it really brings out the sweetness and flavor of the shrimp. I personally enjoyed the la exotica more than the aguachile. The guac was also really good and the fried octopus was a good addition. I will definitely go to their other locations. This is a must try for seafood lovers.

I ordered Carne Asada ,Medium . Which I never received, it wasn't like it was busy or anything. Server never once came to our table asking if anything was ok . I just waited patiently for my meal . After her Meal was finished she flagged down the server and asked where is my meal . She then apologized stating she forgot to put my order in .. I was upset after she walks by our table all night seeing me sitting there with no dinner. A good server would ask how is everything, but no not once . I said then cancel the order but my partner insisted I eat , but then after I decided to have it bagged to go . I had lost my appetite. I asked for the check with the server apologizing, I said it's ok but the restaurant should at lest comp the my girlfriend her one cocktail . But that didn't even happen.. The food looked great as far as I could tell , owner was sitting at the front of the Restaurant, didn't ask tables at anytime if customers are happy with their food and service. I don't get it I he noticed me sitting there with an empty table and a coke . I don't think Food or Location is the problem, it's missing customer service, and wait staff should be trained properly. My food is still in the fridge , lost my desire to try . Place wasn't even busy . I am giving 3 stars just for the chef , wasn't her fault. Table service and management 0 stars .

Cozy but not cramped, cute little spot that's great for Summer relaxed vibes and munchies. They're specialized in Latino food and drink. They apparently have a whole flight of Margaritas and/or Mojitos to sample - I'd love to try one sometime, however yesterday I stuck with a regular Margarita and was pretty pleased. Clearly made in-house, none of the store-bought drink mixes or anything involved. My mom and I split a few appetizers between the two of us and were quite full, even had some food to bring home. Went with the birria tacos (solid), a trio of other tacos (steak + chicken + pork), and a plate of fried plantains with beef and mushrooms that was really fun - first time we'd had that, glad the waitress talked us into it. Everything came with home-made guac as well. They have a full bar with quite the selection of drinks, lots of Happy Hour specials up on the walls, and a solid, straightforward menu of additional appetizers and also burgers and sandwiches. The staff are super nice and upbeat. My Ma was buying, and I believe she spent about $85 for 3+ appetizers and a drink. Not exactly cheap but it you think of it more as a filling and fairly tasty lunch for 2, roughly $40 each - it's not bad at all. Will definitely come back and give that flight of Margs a try!
