As such, they were struggling to keep up, and it showed as it took quite a long time for us to get checks and for other tables to get what they needed. Again, I don't fault them as they were nice, capable, and efficient as could be given the situation. I would highly recommend an appropriate staffing level for a better customer experience as well as more customer throughput.
