The people who take your order are always very nice and quick. I waited about 6 minutes for my food to come out, and they call you over when it's ready. The food was all hot and so fresh. The brisket in the tacos was very flavorful and cooked well, and the esquites were tangy and juicy. They give you great portion sizes for the price and quality in my opinion. It is located in the Edwards Lake Road Lowe's parking lot near the back of the Staples. Looking back over my check in photos, I have consistently ordered the Campechano Tacos which is a typical go to for me with any taco truck. On my most recent stop I ordered the Campechano Quesadilla instead. While I did enjoy it, I think next time I get a quesadilla, I will try the Pollo or Asada instead. I was also very tempted by the tamales and plan to try them on a future visit. I timed my visit just right and was able to order with no wait because almost immediately several people showed up behind me.
