Watch out for this amazing place. Easy access parking in a strip mall. Chill ambiance inside with friendly staff and affordable prices. For the price the amount of food you get will make sure you are stuffed or have left overs for a other meal. The fish and shrimp are deserving of the world famous title on the ads. Please note that they don't take phone orders, they instead ask you to go to thier website to order. To this date the website ordering experience is great, they allow for customizations and there are no upcharges. Overall if you need a burrito, taco or nacho fix don't sleep om Taco Nazo read more

Saw it on KTLA 5 today Cinco de Mayo Taco Tuesday and right in our backyard across from Mt Sac. The parking could be a little challenging since there's a lot of eateries. Had the fish tacos carne asada chicken mixed ceviche 3 pack taco dorado everything was absolutely delicious. Prices are comparable to other places but I don't think they have any Taco Tuesday specials. Will come again and try other items on the menu Highly recommended read more

Came by to grab some fish tacos! Got a box of 6 and with everything on top. Service was quick and good was good!

Consistently the best Fish Tacos in town!! Service is great and it's a family atmosphere. People just enjoy being there.

Food was very good. Very fast service. Very clean surroundings. Highly recommended. I usually order the 8-taco bundle and a quesadilla. read more

Whenever my sister mentions she's ordering from Taco Nazi, she orders A LOT! She orders burritos, tacos of various types, (and quesadillas for her picky kids). They are so generous with their condiments - sauces and pickled jalapenos. They are too spicy for me but my husband likes them. I believe they have chips too. They don't skimp on ingredients. We're big fans. read more

My friend took me to this place he loves, and we decided to get the 8 taco tray since it makes each taco cheaper. He recommended the shrimp tacos and so I got two of those. They were really good! And I really appreciate that they put lots of toppings on top and included lots of peppers and limes. The carne asada tacos were very standard but the shrimp tacos were definitely a standout. I wanna come back and try their fish tacos. Each taco is priced the same. The inside is very standard and they have a good amount of seating. The workers there are also very nice and gave my friend and I a lot of sauce. read more

Taco Nazo - 8 Taco Tray (6 Shrimp and 2 Carne Asada) - Seafood Near Me - Walnut, California

Brought a friend to try Taco Nazo for the first time and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The service right from the start is amazing, the lady working up front is friendly and helpful. The watermelon Fresca is a must, so fresh and refreshing. But the main character are the fish tacos, the fish is hot and crispy, the veggies have a nice crisp to them, the sauces work perfectly together. They place does get busy so expect a wait at certain times. Must try if you're ever in the area! read more

This was my first time eating taco nazo at this location. I usually get the fish tacos at a different location and it always hits the spot. I went in on a Monday evening with a friend and was able to find a seat right away. I wanted to try something different to see what else was good and got the crab ceviche. I would recommend against anyone getting it. I wasn't expecting like gourmet ceviche but I certainly wasn't expecting imitation crab for the ceviche!! It wasn't good at all. It was pretty rubbery and tasted like old seafood. I didn't get sick but I couldn't stomach it after awhile, even with sauce and lemon squeezed all over. This is partly why I never try anything different. There should be a sign that says "not real crab" or something for the ceviche. Service was fine, although I think the cashier looked at me a little funny when I ordered the crab ceviche LOL. Should've taken that as a sign. This location was a little small but cozy. Wasn't too crowded on a Monday evening. I will only order the fish tacos from now on at any location lol read more

Sooooo delicious. The original fish taco. The horchata was also soooo delicious!! Price is great ! Worth the drive !

Taco Nazo is a fast casual restaurant located in Walnut. They mainly sell tacos and are known for their fish tacos. There's limited indoor seating and a restroom available. It's located in a plaza with a parking lot and other restaurants. The service is as expected at a fast casual place. Food We ordered the 2 taco combo for $13 and the 3 taco combo for $17. Each came with rice, beans, chips, and a drink. The fish tacos are our favorite; they're slightly crunchy with juicy fish in the middle and portion is gigantic. The toppings and sauce go well with the fish. The meat tacos were also great and full of flavor. Definitely try them out, especially with their peppers. Overall | 4.8 The ambiance + service: 4.5/5 The drinks: 5/5 The price: $$ read more

The food was really good. We had the shrimp and fish tacos. The price was reasonable

I've been to Taco Nazo twice now, and this was my first visit to this particular location. Both experiences have been consistently good! We ordered the 8 Taco Pack, which is a fantastic deal. I appreciated that we could choose two types of tacos; we went with fish and potato. The fish taco is excellent--generous portion and all the toppings complement it perfectly. The potato taco is also top-notch, super crispy on the outside with a fluffy interior. Additionally, I ordered the ricotta taco, which I had tried before. It didn't taste quite as good this time, but it was still enjoyable. Their ceviche is also impressive; however, I think they should provide more than just three tostadas. The service was good. Since we placed our order online, we were able to pick it up relatively quickly. Taco Nazo does get quite busy, so I recommend online ordering if you don't plan to eat there. read more

Be careful when tipping. My wife placed the order online and I was told to pickup. When I arrived, I showed them the order number and they handed me a receipt. Which has a sub total, tip, and total. Now, I didn't really check the run down of the receipt and did not ask my wife if she already put in a tip. All I saw was an empty spot for a tip, total and signature. Any person would just go ahead and put a tip. My problem is, this practice is very deceitful. My wife already put a tip (which I think is not really necessary if it's a pickup) why ask again for another one. The food was great but next time I'm going to be more careful with tipping in general. PS: I had to come back because the white sauce was missing. read more

Well, I found this Taco Nazo location on Yelp & since I was a huge fan of their old location in Azusa, I thought I'd give this location a try. After reading many reviews, I noticed the photo showing this location had been shut down recently for VERMIN Infestation. Again, since they were allowed to reopen, I drove down here to give them a try. Low & behold, I get to the door & on their window is a big fat letter "B!" I'm sorry, but I refuse to eat somewhere that does not have the letter "A," as in the past, I've not only gotten sick, but I have found a bug in my food at restaurants with a "B" displayed. I may check back in the future to see if they've brought their score up to an "A." I guess I'll try The Habit in the same shopping center. Too bad!!!! read more

I have had the pleasure of visiting this establishment on several occasions, and I must express my fondness for the potato tacos; they are truly exceptional. During my most recent visit, I opted for a shrimp burrito, which was prepared with rice, beans, and shredded cabbage. I anticipate that my next order will be the carne asada burrito. This establishment is rather compact, yet it is quite pleasant, impeccably clean, and, most notably, offers exceptional customer service. read more

Tacos at taco Nazo are always amazing. I did see a roach on the wall behind me while I was eating though. Haven't been back since.

Came on a weekday around 7PM and there was tons of parking in the lot with a short line! You first order at the counter then you can sit wherever and they will bring the food to you. The food actually came out fairly quick as well. The fish tacos were so delicious!! They came out warm and crispy. Even though it was on the pricier side, their portions definitely made up for it! The combo came with rice, beans, chips and salsa. The rice was seasoned very flavorful. We also tried the Jamaica drink and it wasn't too sweet. I will definitely come back again if I ever crave fish tacos! read more

The staff here recommended the shrimp and fish tacos... I can't be more glad I took them up on their suggestion. Great food for a decent price. Highly suggest checking this location out. What took off that 5th star was the restrooms here. Unfortunately they had zero toilet paper... overall a really solid experience food wise here. read more

Going out to play pickleball at weekday night. I decided to visit this hot Taco Nazo place where long lines waiting at dinner time. Time is around 5:30pm when I arrived, so no wait, and probably because it's winter break. Taco Nazo is just right across street of Mt SAC college. Parking is limited if you are there at lunch or dinner hours. I am immediately greeted by a young lady at counter. Since it's my first time here she recommends top 3 choices. I picked the fish taco, and order one Jamaica (Hibiscus) Agua Fresca drink. The drink is okay, I will try another flavor next time. The fish taco is flavorful and the fried fish steak is pretty generous size for fish taco and price. The side they included one chili which is super spicy and salty! The environment is more eatery and semi fast food vibe but with a lot of personal touch. I enjoy eating the food and will be back for other tacos and dishes. read more

Taco Nazo is a well-known stop for fish and shrimp tacos in the LA area, with a reputation built around its Baja-style approach and crispy battered seafood. That said, my experience didn't quite live up to the hype. For the price, I found the quality to be decent but not standout, especially when compared to other local favorites. Food & Value Fish Tacos: These are the highlight here--generously sized with lightly battered, flaky fish, cabbage, pico de gallo, and a creamy signature sauce. The freshness is solid, and the portioning is fair for the area, but the flavors felt somewhat muted for my taste. Related menu items like shrimp tacos, tacos dorados, and ceviche are also available, with the same style of toppings and sauces. Pricing: Expect to pay around $4.49 per taco, with combos and family packs available. Compared to surrounding taquerias and seafood grills, Taco Nazo sits a bit on the pricier side but remains reasonable for LA/OC standards.T read more

Always great food and service when I come! Same delicious flavors every-time! Don't forget my sandía

I wish I had gotten her name, but the girl who takes orders at the drive-thru is AMAZING! These are by far the best fish tacos I've ever had, and the taste has stayed consistently great for years. I love this place! I haven't been to this location in forever so happy that they have a drive thru now ! read more

Located near Mount Sac and the parking lot was bustling during our visit. The wait time was not that long but there is limited seating when the restaurant is packed. This was a decent taco if you are looking for battered fish with a lot of fixings on top. It was a pain to eat tho because of the sheer amount of fish and cabbage. The ceviche wasn't as citrusy as I hope but it was decent enough. read more

First time here at Taco Nazo. There are numerous parking spots. They have only indoor seating. We ordered: -Taco Tray of 8;  we chose 2 shrimps, 2 fish, 2 Asada, 2 Alpastor - The Alpastor was top notch - Shrimp taco  was very delicious, humongous and really  one of the best shrimp taco. - Fish taco was crispy, huge and flavorful. We couldn't leave without ordering more of fish, shrimp taco and el pollo taco. Their Fish, Shrimp or Alpastor are top notch and must try. The service was fast and the employees were very nice. For sure, I will be back to try more of their menu. read more

My first time at Taco Nazo and it did not disappoint! The woman at the register was so friendly and the food was great! They have indoor seating and the restaurant is nice and clean. We had two fish tacos which were really good - the fish filled up the tortilla and the breading was perfect. They were loaded with cabbage, tomatoes, and a creamy sauce. My husband ordered a shrimp burrito. He was surprised it was fried shrimp instead of grilled shrimp but I thought it added a nice crunch. I also loved that each order came with peppers! I'll be coming back to try the shrimp tacos. I definitely recommend checking out Taco Nazo. Great food and great service! read more

This is my go-to spot for amazing fish tacos. Definitely the best in LA. They're located in huge strip lot across from Mount Sac College and is always busy every time I come here. Place is small with limited seats, so we usually take it ToGo. You order at the counter and get your food. Though they're known for their fish tacos, they also have burritos, tortas, seafood cocktails and ceviches which are great. We came here recently and got their fish tacos ($3.99), which was sabroso! It was made to order and fresh. Fish is perfectly crisp and fried to golden brown. They give you two good size chunks. It's paired with a warm tortilla and topped with cabbage, pico de gallo and red sauce. Squeeze of lime is all she wrote and simply sublime. We got watermelon agua Fresca with our fish tacos, which made for an excellent pairing. Highly recommend this spot. I can't wait to come back. read more

Came here for a late dinner and got three fish tacos; they were bomb. I do regret eating three so late because it messed with my sleep. Every time I'm in a Taco Nazo I'm safe knowing that I'll be eating shooo good. This is a chain, but it's so hard to come by it's a real treat to find traveling. They have perfected the fish taco. And they have the good blistered yellow peppers you take inbetween bites. Muah! read more
