The speil of how I was welcome and would be taken care of didn't disclose the level of care I would receive. The onion rings were burnt with char marks included. I ate the lettuce sandwich and left the onion rings. I was disappointed the food made it past all the checks and to my table. I wondered how the restaurant has survived several years serving poor quality food. I realized some customers must be treated better than others, and I didn't make the cut. I would have forgotten the whole ordeal if it wasn't for the conclusion of my visit. I was asked, how everything was tonight. I responded to the fact the onion rings were burnt and I didn't eat them.
