Turned away at drive through because we had three sperate mobile orders. Said they would only give us one. Fine we'll drive around three times (the dining room was closed). We get to the window and was told they would not serve us again we could only get the one order. Then refused to give us the managers name who said that nor tell us why. read more

Well I've had so many bad experiences with this place. The main thing is they can never get the orders right, then they must have a little spatchula to put the beans in the tortilla for the burrito's. They took away the shredded chicken on the chicken melt and the chunks of chicken they now put in taste old. The one on El Camino is ALWAYS nice and hot, while the one on Homestead is lukewarm it won't even melt the few shreds of cheese inside. read more

I love Taco Bell and this was the closest one on my trip, bad idea. It took 15 minutes for my quesadilla, their workspace was absolutely disgusting. The back door was piled high with trash. The bathroom had no hand towels and no toilet paper. My friend and I also ordered to-go and it was handed to us without a bag or anything. Not the best experience. read more

The slowest service of all time. 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Don't even bother stopping here. The only reason I made it though that quickly is because many others left the line in front of me. I understand the whole ordeal with the pandemic, but this was just the slowest drive through I've gone through in months. This place is one of the WORST I have EVER been to in my life. I asked for fries and they didn't give them to me! Also, I asked for a hard shell taco, they gave me a hard shell taco, but when I unwrapped it it was crumbled and it was stuck to the fucking wrapper! read more

They had false advertisingfor the cinnabon delights I thought they were gonna put them in a fancy box but instead they put in a freezed drink . Also after I ate the food I had to take a major dump which was very painful. read more
