$15 for what?? I didn't get meat or vegetables in my burrito! Then a $5 extra charge for relleno in it
Karen T.

Omg I just realized when I looked at my receipt when I got home they charged me $15 for a super burrito with no meat no veggies in it then added $5 on top because I asked for a Chile Relleno super burrito! I would understand if I had meat in it and asked to add a Chile relleno but it wasn't the case! The burrito was just ok, nothing amazing either. I would have appreciated it if the lady told me it was going to be a $20 vegetarian burrito!!

Used to love this place, but I'll be staying away. Just placed an order to eat there and saw the staff drop two large pieces of pineapple on the floor as they are making a juice. Instead of throwing the pineapple away, they calmly went to the sink and washed it off then threw the pieces in the blender and continued to make the juice. I left without my burrito and will find a new Mexican spot on Cortland to eat from now on.

Chicken fajitas

The food I had delivered from me on a different platform was amazingly delicious. The chicken fajitas were perfectly cooked with extra flavor. The service was great and the ambiance of the restaurant was amazing from what I had seen in pictures and other reviews. I highly recommend this place. I give them 4 stars

Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my recent visit to this establishment was a letdown. I ordered the chips and salsa and Quesabirria , which was one of the worst I've ever had. The dish was just oily , watery , lacked flavor, which was disappointing. They brought me a very small bowl of salsa and a basket of old chips . Not good at all . The lackluster food may have contributed to the noticeable absence of customers. The restaurant itself is very clean , nicely decorated and cute though . I wish they had better food . Rating: 1/5 stars

Michelada
Rebekah T.

Taco Los Altos is a little Taqueria in my neighborhood. They serve up decent tacos, burritos and nachos. They have daily aqua frescas and make good micheladas. They are one of the lesser expensive sit down restaurants on Cortland and always have ample seating, so it's easy get a table outside if you have your pups with you or sit inside if you have a group. The only thing I had that I didn't really enjoy as much was the breakfast nachos. Nice idea, but wasn't as good as the regular nachos or the breakfast burrito.

It's a great local place to grab a quick bite or get it to go. Nothing fancy but consistent and affordable. We go regularly.

Ok, only when I don't want to go out to the Mission. stop charging for tortilla chips, it's like charging for tap water.

What truly impressed us, though, was their customer service. We weren't able to make it to pick up our order, and Scott went above and beyond by arranging an Uber to deliver our seafood to us. That level of care, kindness, and dedication is so rare these days. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for top-quality seafood and a business that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend 4 Star Seafood. Scott's exceptional service earned a customer for life. Ora King shanks - tail part, tastes similar as belly. Big glory bay king salmon - liked this a bit more as sashimi than Ora. Copper river sockeye salmon - pan fried with a hint of salt, was very tasty naturally. Loch duart salmon - similar as above, not dry at all, very juicy tender esp for wild. Salmon bellies - very fatty, as expected, a lot of wonderful oil.

Y-U-M, full stop…read more How can I have lived in SF for more than 25 years and never once made it to this place?! For two of us we ordered a dozen oysters (sweetwaters, kusshis and miyagis), a bowl of clam chowder, the steamed artichoke w/citrus aioli, the Caesar salad w/crab and some bread on the side. And two glasses of Corsican rosé. ALL of it was scrumptious. It was just the right amount of food for us, though next time we will downsize the clam chowder or order a plain Caesar to fit another half dozen oysters into our bellies. Service was uniformly attentive and friendly and the place is cute and clean. We arrived at about 5.40 and were seated about half an hour later at the bar. Coming back!!

Delicious shellfish meals has always been on my mind before I personally give up on them. I preferred indoor dining since I got to see how hungry customers like their food so much. After finding out about the specials, it's too bad there's never any single fish dishes let alone mostly shellfish meals. Therefore, a shellfish salad was a suitable choice. A pair of prawns, Bay shrimps, crab meat remains, olives, slices of tomatoes, slices of radish, and the romaine lettuce as a base. The blue cheese dressing I've chosen didn't overwhelm the shrimp and crab flavors as I continue to enjoy every single bite. I'll be more than glad to have cioppino and some oyster shooters, but having the shellfish salad is the last shellfish meal I would ever have. I still give two thumbs up to Anchor Oyster Bar for their local sustainable seafood selection.

Once I started thinking of this place I started to map out hella meal possibilities with me creating dishes like San Francisco's native dish Cioppino and also making some salmon dishes along with some okay shrimp dishes like fried shrimp, skewer shrimps on the barbie, and scallop ceviche. The real feast on Good Friday would be getting the Dungeness Crab paired with some garlic noodles . This place has been a Mission District seafood institution and it's called Sun Fat Seafood company ( a former employee started Basa Seafood Express on 24th street). On a Spring stroll on Mission street between 22nd and 23rd streets I went inside a fresh seafood market. Inside you will see live lobsters in a tank. You will also see Dungeness Crab during crab season and also find of variety of fresh oysters selection along with scallops. You will also see sushi rolls when available along with different types of fishes. This place was the solution I was looking for to replace meat cravings and replace with seafood during Good Friday feast. This is definitely the place if you like it crustaceans and fish cooked or raw in SF.
