He gets there to find the restaurant closed and locked their doors 15 minutes early, before the posted closing time. They wouldn't open the door to his knocking, so he had to call the restaurant. Good customer service means remaking the burger without being asked, and also giving a token (gift card, free food) to say "we're sorry, please come back"- something for the inconvenience and have us consider returning to this location. They remade the burger, and it still wasn't exactly what I ordered! This place isn't cheap, we expect employees to be able to read their tickets and get things correct the first time or make it right by the customer.
